Spectators: 33 (Terracing: 26, Seating: 7, VIP seats: 0) The sun was shining, the grass was green and the audience cheered when Hegoi Aizpurua got the match started through his kick off. In the 2nd minute, Quirce Villalcazar hit a crossing free kick to the open man running down the field. Gonsalve Vallejo hit a great freekick 4 minutes into the match. Casildo Mezquita sent away a hard shot on goal in the 6th minute, but the ball went just over the crossbar and out. A very good chance. When Abejundio Serra came up free with the goalie in the 10th minute, the Puigcerdà AFC fans jumped to their feet. But the shot missed the goal by a fraction of an inch, and the fans sat back down disappointed that Abejundio Serra couldn't finish the play. With his leg Nono Darroja managed to avoid a goal in the 11thth minute, when Puigcerdà AFC's Casildo Mezquita fired away a shot with a lot of spin towards his right hand side. The supporters of Puigcerdà AFC booed when FAITH NO MORE was adjudged a doubtful freekick after 12 match minutes in a wonderful position. Blas Sevilla didn't get a good kick on the ball. Enaut Bencoiechea showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Hegoi Aizpurua in the 17th minute of the match. Froilan Sabina kicked well hit freekick during the 19th minute of the match. Casildo Mezquita spun around in front of the goal 20 minutes in the game, and got away a shot that, to his disappointment, went to the left of FAITH NO MORE's goal. Neto Pedrosa could have scored with his fast shot on goal in the 23rd minute of the match, but Nono Darroja made a huge save. In the 24th match minute, FAITH NO MORE was awarded a freekick, the ball was picked up by Gonsalve Vallejo to maneuver through the defense. Nono Darroja came out of the goal in the 25th minute to try and stop a shot by Puigcerdà AFC's Casildo Mezquita. But to his dismay, Casildo Mezquita quickly shot the ball in between his legs and into the goal making it 1-0. Nono Darroja showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Abejundio Serra, who was totally free with the ball in the 28th minute. After 30 minutes of play, FAITH NO MORE's Hegoi Aizpurua made it 1-1 when he simply outclassed the defender marking him and hit a curling shot into the right side of the net. Enaut Bencoiechea was left in no man's land by his defense there! Gabi Galego sent away a hard shot on goal in the 36th minute, but the ball went just over the crossbar and out. A very good chance. The players went to their respective dressing rooms to discuss the tactics for the second half.

Gabi Galego recieved an excellent pass in front of the goal in the 53rd minute. Unfortunately, he received the ball on his off foot and could only manage a weak shot that went over the goal. The referee was alert and spotted a serious foul by Quirce Villalcazar during the 54th minute. The player immediately received a yellow card. If Gabi Galego had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 57th minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. Hegoi Aizpurua fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 59th minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Enaut Bencoiechea having to interfere. The audience was convinced that Casildo Mezquita's extremely hard shot when he got free in front of the goal was going in, but Nono Darroja was relentless in the 66th minute of the game. 67 minutes into the game, Blas Sevilla was given a yellow card after he appeared to trip an opposing player. FAITH NO MORE's manager was livid on the sidelines, but the referee was unmoved and gave Puigcerdà AFC the free kick. Casildo Mezquita sent away a hard shot on goal in the 68th minute, but the ball went just over the crossbar and out. A very good chance. Sol Dominguez hit a great freekick 70 minutes into the match. Abejundio Serra fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 76th minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Nono Darroja having to interfere. Froilan Sabina kicked well hit freekick during the 87th minute of the match. Pastor Zapater was probably a little too eager to shoot when he, in the 89th played minute, shot the ball from way out. The shot was hard, but the ball flew wide of the goal. After a defensive mix-up in FAITH NO MORE's zone, Abejundio Serra stole the ball and had only the goalie to beat. Nono Darroja came out of the goal and Abejundio Serra tried to chip the ball over his head. To his dismay, the ball went over the crossbar and out of play. FAITH NO MORE's Nono Darroja played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Abejundio Serra in the 95th minute of play. Neither set of supporters seemed pleased with the draw, but both teams had played equally well today.
