When the match had gone on for 17 minutes, Vitin Urbieta took a quick shot and it went in 1-0 without a chance for Eusebio Gene to make any attempt to save it. Garibaldo Cortes's late challenge caught a Barlovento SAD's player on the shin and left him crawling around in pain. The referee blew his whistle and produced the yellow card. Garibaldo Cortes helped the player get up and apologised. In the 37th minute, Garibaldo Cortes hit a crossing free kick to the open man running down the field. Narciso Font sent away a hard shot on goal in the 40th minute, but the ball hit the crossbar and went out. A very good chance for a goal. Jusepe Mondejar kicked well hit freekick during the 41st minute of the match. The home fans were very happy to see their team leading 1-0 at half-time.

The players of the away team seemed most concentrated when Guter Cabrera stepped up to make the kick off in the second half. Narciso Font took the ball and in the 53 minute, shot a rapid shot to the right of a surprised Eusebio Gene. Eusebio Gene dived to the right, and did manage to get a hand on the shot, but it still went into the right corner making it 2-0. If Narciso Font had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 62nd minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. 63 minutes into the game, Bartolomé Infante was given a yellow card after he appeared to trip an opposing player. Cambeo Santo Estevo's manager was livid on the sidelines, but the referee was unmoved and gave Barlovento SAD the free kick. After 63 played minutes Cambeo Santo Estevo got a freekick which was hit by Bartolomé Infante. After some fancy dribbling in the 64th minute, Vitin Urbieta managed to get in a good position for a shot. Barlovento SAD's supporters rose to their feet, but Vitin Urbieta was a bit off balance and shot the ball just wide of the left post. Eusebio Gene breathed a sigh of relief and went to take the goal kick. An unexpectedly hard shot by Vitin Urbieta in the 72nd minute of play forced Cambeo Santo Estevo's goalkeeper Eusebio Gene to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. In the 73rd minute, Narciso Font left the goalkeeper for dead before tapping the ball into the right side of the net. The Barlovento SAD fans were clearly happy with the effort and the scoreboard reflected the new score: 3-0. After 77 minutes, Narciso Font mouthed his way into the referee's book. The tension between the Barlovento SAD and the Cambeo Santo Estevo players grew even worse after the yellow card. After 77 played minutes Barlovento SAD got a freekick which was hit by Narciso Font. Narciso Font fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 82nd minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Eusebio Gene having to interfere. Barlovento SAD's Narciso Font got a good chance for a goal in the 85th minute, but he totally mistimed the shot and it went over the crossbar. If Jusepe Mondejar had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 89th minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. 92 minutes into the match, Cambeo Santo Estevo's goal looked a bit too open when Vitin Urbieta came free, but Eusebio Gene reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. Vitin Urbieta fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 94th minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Eusebio Gene having to interfere. The referee gave Barlovento SAD a penalty, 99 minutes into the game. The penalty shot was made by Landolfo Perpiñán, who made a well placed shot into the net to the right of Cambeo Santo Estevo's Eusebio Gene. 4-0. Barlovento SAD's supporters were delighted with their team's performance and swarmed onto the pitch at the end of the match to celebrate the victory with the players.
