After 4 played minutes Jaizubia UD got a freekick which was hit by Ximun Hernandez. Nagoi Saboya received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 11th minute. Gaitan Saura tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. After 13 minutes, Chepe Litago made it 2-0 with a short kick to the right side. Los Barriletes's Nando Jauregui tried to save the shot but he was too slow in reacting to the shot. Andrea Marquez fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 21st minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Nando Jauregui having to interfere. Nando Jauregui made a fantastic save in the 23rd minute, when Chepe Litago sent off a good shot on target. 26 minutes into the match, Chepe Litago notched a goal, 4-0, to the right of Los Barriletes's Nando Jauregui. Nando Jauregui was clearly disgusted with the effort of the defense and let the defenders know about it. After a rather tough play, Jaizubia UD's Ximun Hernandez got a free kick in the 28th minute. The supporters of Los Barriletes booed when Jaizubia UD was adjudged a doubtful freekick after 33 match minutes in a wonderful position. Ximun Hernandez didn't get a good kick on the ball. Nando Jauregui showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Andrea Marquez in the 37th minute of the match. After having played for 38 minutes, Chepe Litago managed to get in a good position for a shot on goal. Jaizubia UD's supporters crossed their fingers, but Chepe Litago was, after a quick turn that froze the defenders, out of balance and shot the ball just to the right of the goal. Chepe Litago sent away a hard shot on goal in the 42nd minute, but the ball went just over the crossbar and out. A very good chance. In the 43rd minute, Ofelio De Toro hit a crossing free kick to the open man running down the field. In the 47th minute, Los Barriletes's goalie took a deep sigh of relief after Andrea Marquez fired away a hard shot that went just outside the left post. All the noise was coming from the home fans when the whistle went for half-time. The home team had fought hardest to put themselves in a deserved lead.

Both teams looked relatively alert before the second half when the referee blew his whistle to tell Andrea Marquez to make the kick off. If Andrea Marquez had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 54th minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. Nando Jauregui showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Chepe Litago in the 64th minute of the match. Los Barriletes's Nando Jauregui played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Chepe Litago in the 68th minute of play. If Andrea Marquez had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 72nd minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. Nagoi Saboya could have scored with his fast shot on goal in the 76th minute of the match, but Gaitan Saura made a huge save. After a defensive mix-up in Los Barriletes's zone, Andrea Marquez stole the ball and had only the goalie to beat. Nando Jauregui came out of the goal and Andrea Marquez tried to chip the ball over his head. To his dismay, the ball went over the crossbar and out of play. In the 80th minute, Chepe Litago got an opportunity to score, but he didn't get a solid hit on the ball and ended up kicking it wide of the goal. Silviano Dean fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 90th minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Gaitan Saura having to interfere. Chepe Litago received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 94th minute. Nando Jauregui tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. When the referee ended the match the Jaizubia UD players were able to celebrate. They had won a fair victory and recieved the ovations of their fans.
