Spectators: 34 (Terracing: 26, Seating: 8, VIP seats: 0) Federico Barbosa started the match with the kick off in front of an excited audience. Mel Darroja might have been able to make a better finish in the 3rd minute when he tried to place a hard shot over Ernesto Esperta. Instead the ball went over the crossbar and out. Mel Darroja ran back to his position shaking his head. Federico Barbosa received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 6th minute. Ernesto Esperta tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. In the 8th minute Mel Darroja shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Ernesto Esperta saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. Eli Castelao hit a great freekick 8 minutes into the match. If Mel Darroja had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 10th minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. 13 minutes into the match, Coromines's goal looked a bit too open when Jorge Vadillos came free, but Gelacio Madariaga reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. Llorenc Batuecas hit a great freekick 14 minutes into the match. Federico Barbosa received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 17th minute. Ernesto Esperta tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. After having played for 19 minutes, Federico Barbosa managed to get in a good position for a shot on goal. Coromines's supporters crossed their fingers, but Federico Barbosa was, after a quick turn that froze the defenders, out of balance and shot the ball just to the right of the goal. Tool FC's Ernesto Esperta played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Mel Darroja in the 20th minute of play. Gelacio Madariaga made an important save on a dangerous shot by Jorge Vadillos in the 22nd minute. After 22 played minutes Coromines got a freekick which was hit by Llorenc Batuecas. Federico Barbosa struck a weak shot in the 25th minute. Ernesto Esperta didn't even have to move as the ball rolled over the line well wide of the goal. A wasted opportunity for Coromines. In the 26th match minute, Tool FC was awarded a freekick, the ball was picked up by Elvio Casanova to maneuver through the defense. Ernesto Esperta showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Mel Darroja, who was totally free with the ball in the 28th minute. After some fancy dribbling in the 34th minute, Xinto Cazorla managed to get in a good position for a shot. Tool FC's supporters rose to their feet, but Xinto Cazorla was a bit off balance and shot the ball just wide of the left post. Gelacio Madariaga breathed a sigh of relief and went to take the goal kick. Federico Barbosa fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 44th minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Ernesto Esperta having to interfere. Mel Darroja recieved an excellent pass in front of the goal in the 47th minute. Unfortunately, he received the ball on his off foot and could only manage a weak shot that went over the goal. The fans had the chance to grab some refreshments as the whistle went for half-time. The score stood at 0-0 after a close first half.

An unexpectedly hard shot by Xinto Cazorla in the 51st minute of play forced Coromines's goalkeeper Gelacio Madariaga to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. After 54 played minutes Coromines got a freekick which was hit by Aurelio Silvestre. Xinto Cazorla fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 63rd minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Gelacio Madariaga having to interfere. When Jorge Vadillos came up free with the goalie in the 65th minute, the Tool FC fans jumped to their feet. But the shot missed the goal by a fraction of an inch, and the fans sat back down disappointed that Jorge Vadillos couldn't finish the play. Rolando Morales took a chance and fired a shot far from the goal in the 69th minute, but it turned out to be a dangerous situation for Gelacio Madariaga. Coromines's goalkeeper really had to stretch himself to stop the ball from crossing the goal line. The supporters of Coromines booed when Tool FC was adjudged a doubtful freekick after 71 match minutes in a wonderful position. Elvio Casanova didn't get a good kick on the ball. Federico Barbosa might have been able to make a better finish in the 73rd minute when he tried to place a hard shot over Ernesto Esperta. Instead the ball went over the crossbar and out. Federico Barbosa ran back to his position shaking his head. In the 74th minute, Federico Barbosa reached a very good position and smashed the ball with a huge effort into the net, just to the left of Ernesto Esperta. The goal made the score 0-1. Federico Barbosa sent away a hard shot on goal in the 77th minute, but the ball went just over the crossbar and out. A very good chance. Mel Darroja's shot was meant for the net just under the crossbar, but Ernesto Esperta read the situation well and was quickly in position to make a wonderful save in the 85th minute of play. When Xinto Cazorla came up free with the goalie in the 91st minute, the Tool FC fans jumped to their feet. But the shot missed the goal by a fraction of an inch, and the fans sat back down disappointed that Xinto Cazorla couldn't finish the play. Aurelio Silvestre hit a great freekick 92 minutes into the match. The Tool FC supporters were disappointed that their team didn't take anything from the match, despite matching Coromines's performance. The match ended with a win for Coromines.
