Rufino Nunez's shot straight on target was not completely harmless. The ball had pretty good speed, but Emilio Losada firmly grabbed it by the left post. Emilio Losada took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Rufino Nunez, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. In the 8th minute Sebastián Caballero shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Emilio Losada saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. 10 minutes into the game, Sebastián Caballero cracked a shot to the right of the goalkeeper, 1-0. Emilio Losada was not in position, and could only watch the ball fly in. 14 minutes into the game, Sant Boi De Llobregat's Rufino Nunez nearly tore a hole in the net with a booming shot. Emilio Losada made a valiant effort, but he could not reach the ball in time, 2-0. Emilio Losada made a fantastic save in the 19th minute, when Licerio Lozano sent off a good shot on target. After having played for 21 minutes, Sebastián Caballero managed to get in a good position for a shot on goal. Sant Boi De Llobregat's supporters crossed their fingers, but Sebastián Caballero was, after a quick turn that froze the defenders, out of balance and shot the ball just to the right of the goal. If Sebastián Caballero had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 24th minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. Licerio Lozano sent away a hard shot on goal in the 30th minute, but the ball hit the crossbar and went out. A very good chance for a goal. Sant Boi De Llobregat's Licerio Lozano got a good chance for a goal in the 32nd minute, but he totally mistimed the shot and it went over the crossbar. Emilio Losada made an important save on a dangerous shot by Licerio Lozano in the 33rd minute. Rufino Nunez recieved an excellent pass in front of the goal in the 34th minute. Unfortunately, he received the ball on his off foot and could only manage a weak shot that went over the goal. In the 37thth minute of the game Sebastián Caballero who was perfectly placed tried to make a shot on goal, but Milherbetes's Emilio Losada was lucky and managed to grab hold of the ball. The home fans were very happy to see their team leading 2-0 at half-time.

When the second half was about to start, both teams quickly lined up and Sebastián Caballero made a kick off. An unexpectedly hard shot by Sebastián Caballero in the 51st minute of play forced Milherbetes's goalkeeper Emilio Losada to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. Sebastián Caballero received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 53rd minute. Emilio Losada tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. Milherbetes's manager was livid on the sidelines, but the referee was unmoved and gave Sant Boi De Llobregat the free kick. Emilio Losada showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Sebastián Caballero, who was totally free with the ball in the 60th minute. The audience was convinced that Licerio Lozano's extremely hard shot when he got free in front of the goal was going in, but Emilio Losada was relentless in the 61st minute of the game. Emilio Losada made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Sebastián Caballero in the 66th minute of play. In the 69th match minute, Milherbetes was awarded a freekick, the ball was picked up by Florian Menendez to maneuver through the defense. The supporters of Sant Boi De Llobregat booed when Milherbetes was adjudged a doubtful freekick after 71 match minutes in a wonderful position. Prudencio Dominguez didn't get a good kick on the ball. Sebastián Caballero blasted a shot towards the goal in the 74th minute, but the shot hit the top of the crossbar and went out without Emilio Losada having to make a save. Emilio Losada showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Licerio Lozano in the 77th minute of the match. Sebastián Caballero received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 78th minute. Emilio Losada tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. Emilio Losada tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. After a defensive mix-up in Milherbetes's zone, Rufino Nunez stole the ball and had only the goalie to beat. Emilio Losada came out of the goal and Rufino Nunez tried to chip the ball over his head. To his dismay, the ball went over the crossbar and out of play.
