Hermelando Escurza showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Maximiano Bartumeu in the 18th minute of the match. Alexander Leal showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Antonio Contratas in the 22nd minute of the match. An unexpectedly hard shot by Antonio Contratas in the 53rd minute of play forced Villena's goalkeeper Alexander Leal to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. In the 54th match minute, Villena was awarded a freekick, the ball was picked up by Modesto Alavedra to maneuver through the defense. After some fancy dribbling in the 55th minute, Antonio Contratas managed to get in a good position for a shot. Carabanchel's supporters rose to their feet, but Antonio Contratas was a bit off balance and shot the ball just wide of the left post. Alexander Leal breathed a sigh of relief and went to take the goal kick.
