An unexpectedly hard shot by Lucas Romero in the 9th minute of play forced Santa Susanna AFC's goalkeeper Maurin Labarra to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. Baseia's Washington Peres proved his good apprehension of play when he, in the 10th minute of the match, managed to save Baseia from getting a goal against them. Washington Peres showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Salbatore Ferrer in the 11th minute of the match. Thanks to some nice foot action and superb ball handling Salbatore Ferrer in the 16th minute a chance for a shot on goal. With an extended leg and a bit of luck Washington Peres prevented the ball from getting in the gole. Lucas Romero kicked well hit freekick during the 19th minute of the match. In the 24th match minute, Baseia was awarded a freekick, the ball was picked up by Godfredo Bajo to maneuver through the defense. Santa Susanna AFC's Xulio Romero got a good chance for a goal in the 26th minute, but he totally mistimed the shot and it went over the crossbar. Santa Susanna AFC's Maurin Labarra played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Lucas Romero in the 29th minute of play. After 35 played minutes Baseia got a freekick which was hit by Godfredo Bajo. Lucas Romero sent away a hard shot on goal in the 40th minute, but the ball went just over the crossbar and out. A very good chance. An unexpectedly hard shot by Salbatore Ferrer in the 43rd minute of play forced Baseia's goalkeeper Washington Peres to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. Jose-Juan Ponce hit a great freekick 45 minutes into the match. After the first half the score was level. The break gave the players a chance to catch their breath, whilst the managers went over the tactics with them again.

When the second half was about to start, both teams quickly lined up and Lucas Romero made a kick off. Tartalo Pabon's late challenge caught a Santa Susanna AFC's player on the shin and left him crawling around in pain. The referee blew his whistle and produced the yellow card. Tartalo Pabon helped the player get up and apologised. An unexpectedly hard shot by Salbatore Ferrer in the 54th minute of play forced Baseia's goalkeeper Washington Peres to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. Salbatore Ferrer fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 63rd minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Washington Peres having to interfere. When Lucas Romero fell near the penalty area in the 65th minute he thought he would be awarded a free kick. The referee ignored Baseia's protests and gave Lucas Romero a yellow card for diving instead. In the 65th minute, Lucas Romero hit a crossing free kick to the open man running down the field. In the 70th minute Salbatore Ferrer shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Washington Peres saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. Xulio Romero fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 73rd minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Washington Peres having to interfere. In the 74th minute, Tartalo Pabon hit a crossing free kick to the open man running down the field. Salbatore Ferrer received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 75th minute. Washington Peres tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. With a little luck, Santa Susanna AFC's Maurin Labarra got control of the ball when Cristobal Cardeñosa tried to sneak it across the goal line. Xulio Romero struck a weak shot in the 79th minute. Washington Peres didn't even have to move as the ball rolled over the line well wide of the goal. A wasted opportunity for Santa Susanna AFC. Washington Peres made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Salbatore Ferrer in the 81st minute of play. When Abarrotz Sanz fell near the penalty area in the 83rd minute he thought he would be awarded a free kick. The referee ignored Baseia's protests and gave Abarrotz Sanz a yellow card for diving instead. In the 84th minute, Abarrotz Sanz hit a crossing free kick to the open man running down the field. In the 86th minute, Lucas Romero got an opportunity to score, but he didn't get a solid hit on the ball and ended up kicking it wide of the goal. Santa Susanna AFC were disappointed that they only managed a draw, even though they felt themselves to be the better team.
