Spectators: 33 (Terracing: 26, Seating: 7, VIP seats: 0) The field was rather wet after several days of rain when Jago Morientes took the kick off in the first half of the match. After 5 minutes, Jacques Morales mouthed his way into the referee's book. The tension between the Moncada and the Nubledo players grew even worse after the yellow card. If Oliviero Acha had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 11th minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. After a defensive mix-up in Moncada's zone, Almarín Bergada stole the ball and had only the goalie to beat. Abelardo Ecija came out of the goal and Almarín Bergada tried to chip the ball over his head. To his dismay, the ball went over the crossbar and out of play. Moncada's Jago Morientes got a good chance for a goal in the 20th minute, but he totally mistimed the shot and it went over the crossbar. The supporters of Moncada booed when Nubledo was adjudged a doubtful freekick after 24 match minutes in a wonderful position. Almarín Bergada didn't get a good kick on the ball. In the 31st minute, Jago Morientes got an opportunity to score, but he didn't get a solid hit on the ball and ended up kicking it wide of the goal. Amado Arenas showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Jago Morientes in the 34th minute of the match. When Llorienzo Acha came up free with the goalie in the 37th minute, the Moncada fans jumped to their feet. But the shot missed the goal by a fraction of an inch, and the fans sat back down disappointed that Llorienzo Acha couldn't finish the play. In the 38th minute Jago Morientes shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Amado Arenas saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. Amado Arenas showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Jago Morientes, who was totally free with the ball in the 45th minute. Jago Morientes struck a weak shot in the 47th minute. Amado Arenas didn't even have to move as the ball rolled over the line well wide of the goal. A wasted opportunity for Moncada. The away team players looked dejected as the walked off the pitch at half time. They had fought hard, but were still losing 1-0.

Both teams looked relatively alert before the second half when the referee blew his whistle to tell Oliviero Acha to make the kick off. When Oliviero Acha came up free with the goalie in the 54th minute, the Nubledo fans jumped to their feet. But the shot missed the goal by a fraction of an inch, and the fans sat back down disappointed that Oliviero Acha couldn't finish the play. In the 59th minute, Llorienzo Acha left the goalkeeper for dead before tapping the ball into the right side of the net. The Moncada fans were clearly happy with the effort and the scoreboard reflected the new score: 1-1. Llorienzo Acha struck a weak shot in the 62nd minute. Amado Arenas didn't even have to move as the ball rolled over the line well wide of the goal. A wasted opportunity for Moncada. Amado Arenas made an important save on a dangerous shot by Llorienzo Acha in the 64th minute. A collision led to Moncada getting a freekick after 65 minutes play. Domenico Aznar hit a great ball. After 66 played minutes, Nubledo's Musko Pujol shot from a long distance, and at first it looked like the ball was going into the goal, but the goalkeeper Abelardo Ecija came through and got his fingers on the ball before it flew over the goal line. He then quickly gripped the ball tighter before the forwards in Nubledo reached it. 68 minutes into the match, Moncada's goal looked a bit too open when Oliviero Acha came free, but Abelardo Ecija reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. In the 70th minute, Moncada's Jago Morientes ran free of his marker and smoothly shot the ball into the goal behind Amado Arenas. Amado Arenas yelled at his defense, as they had left him out to dry. 1-2. Oliviero Acha kicked well hit freekick during the 73rd minute of the match. Llorienzo Acha recieved an excellent pass in front of the goal in the 74th minute. Unfortunately, he received the ball on his off foot and could only manage a weak shot that went over the goal. Amado Arenas made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Jago Morientes in the 75th minute of play. In the 77th minute, Llorienzo Acha got an opportunity to score, but he didn't get a solid hit on the ball and ended up kicking it wide of the goal. Thanks to some nice foot action and superb ball handling Jago Morientes in the 80th minute a chance for a shot on goal. With an extended leg and a bit of luck Amado Arenas prevented the ball from getting in the gole. 85 minutes into the match, Nubledo's goalkeeper Amado Arenas had to clear away a ball on his right side after a cunning shot by Llorienzo Acha. After some fancy dribbling in the 89th minute, Llorienzo Acha managed to get in a good position for a shot. Moncada's supporters rose to their feet, but Llorienzo Acha was a bit off balance and shot the ball just wide of the left post. Amado Arenas breathed a sigh of relief and went to take the goal kick. Jago Morientes received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 91st minute. Amado Arenas tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. Jago Morientes fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 93rd minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Amado Arenas having to interfere.
