Spectators: 34 (Terracing: 26, Seating: 8, VIP seats: 0) The mood of the audience was pleasant when Santiago Pedrosa made the kick off which started today's match. Osmundo Jofre kicked well hit freekick during the 6th minute of the match. Conrado Harroyo was probably a little too eager to shoot when he, in the 7th played minute, shot the ball from way out. The shot was hard, but the ball flew wide of the goal. If Bazil Ponce De Leon had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 9th minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. 0-1 became the score in the 12th minute when Elias Andres elegantly shot the ball into goal just under the crossbar. Elias Andres recieved an excellent pass in front of the goal in the 15th minute. Unfortunately, he received the ball on his off foot and could only manage a weak shot that went over the goal. After a defensive mix-up in Panduri Tg-Jiu's zone, Elias Andres stole the ball and had only the goalie to beat. Dalmacio Manzano came out of the goal and Elias Andres tried to chip the ball over his head. To his dismay, the ball went over the crossbar and out of play. Dalmacio Manzano showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Elias Andres, who was totally free with the ball in the 19th minute. The audience thought a goal was coming when Aznar Coello got free with Xabier Valerón in the 21st minute, but the goalkeeper managed to catch the ball with a huge effort. In the 23rd minute, Aznar Coello left the goalkeeper for dead before tapping the ball into the right side of the net. The Panduri Tg-Jiu fans were clearly happy with the effort and the scoreboard reflected the new score: 1-1. Aznar Coello received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 30th minute. Xabier Valerón tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. After a rather tough play, Buriz's Anter Clos got a free kick in the 32nd minute. With a couple of smart ball manuevers Santiago Pedrosa in the 34th managed to get into a good position. With a left leg Xabier Valerón saved Buriz from getting behind. Ignacio Palomares hit a great freekick 34 minutes into the match. Santiago Pedrosa's late challenge caught a Buriz's player on the shin and left him crawling around in pain. The referee blew his whistle and produced the yellow card. Santiago Pedrosa helped the player get up and apologised. The supporters of Buriz booed when Panduri Tg-Jiu was adjudged a doubtful freekick after 36 match minutes in a wonderful position. Santiago Pedrosa didn't get a good kick on the ball. Dalmacio Manzano stood for a superb save when he managed to get hold of Bazil Ponce De Leon's shot from short distance in the 47th minute. The first half was very even, with the score at 1-1 when the whistle went for half-time. The players welcomed the break and quickly retired to the dressing rooms.

Dalmacio Manzano took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Elias Andres, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. Bazil Ponce De Leon fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 53rd minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Dalmacio Manzano having to interfere. In the 55th minute, Elias Andres reached a very good position and smashed the ball with a huge effort into the net, just to the left of Dalmacio Manzano. The goal made the score 1-2. Santiago Pedrosa sent away a hard shot on goal in the 60th minute, but the ball went just over the crossbar and out. A very good chance. Santiago Pedrosa received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 65th minute. Xabier Valerón tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. Mazuste Machado hit a great freekick 67 minutes into the match. After 71 minutes, Mazuste Machado mouthed his way into the referee's book. The tension between the Panduri Tg-Jiu and the Buriz players grew even worse after the yellow card. In the 71st match minute, Panduri Tg-Jiu was awarded a freekick, the ball was picked up by Mazuste Machado to maneuver through the defense. The ball looked like it was going in, but it was hit a bit too hard and flew over the goal. Panduri Tg-Jiu's Dalmacio Manzano played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Elias Andres in the 88th minute of play. Buriz's Xabier Valerón played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Aznar Coello in the 93rd minute of play.
