Mahoma Verges started the match with the kick off. Castel Iglesias fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 7th minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Rigoberto Salgado having to interfere. Zadornin Folch received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 28th minute. Rigoberto Salgado tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. A collision led to Huerta De Cansa getting a freekick after 29 minutes play. Lazcano Villalcazar hit a great ball. In the 33rd minute, Castel Iglesias hit a crossing free kick to the open man running down the field. In the 35th minute, Mahoma Verges got an opportunity to score, but he didn't get a solid hit on the ball and ended up kicking it wide of the goal. Huerta De Cansa's goalkeeper couldn't reach when Iban Flores 37 minutes into the game got a good kick on the ball which found its way into goal just inside left pole. 1-0.

When the second half was about to start, both teams quickly lined up and Julio Cruz made a kick off. 51 minutes into the match, San Leandro SD's Haroldo Ponce De Leon sent off a blazing shot straight on target, a shot that Rigoberto Salgado narrowly saved just below the crossbar. 57 minutes into the match, Zadornin Folch had an open shot that he just couldn't miss and scored to the right of Rigoberto Salgado. Huerta De Cansa's manager could be seen yelling to the referee that Zadornin Folch was offside, but the referee ignored the protest. 2-0. After some fancy dribbling in the 66th minute, Haroldo Ponce De Leon managed to get in a good position for a shot. San Leandro SD's supporters rose to their feet, but Haroldo Ponce De Leon was a bit off balance and shot the ball just wide of the left post. Rigoberto Salgado breathed a sigh of relief and went to take the goal kick. In the 68thth minute of the game Mahoma Verges who was perfectly placed tried to make a shot on goal, but Huerta De Cansa's Rigoberto Salgado was lucky and managed to grab hold of the ball. Cambranes Pabon's shot straight on target was not completely harmless. The ball had pretty good speed, but Andrés Camino firmly grabbed it by the left post. Mahoma Verges struck a weak shot in the 75th minute. Rigoberto Salgado didn't even have to move as the ball rolled over the line well wide of the goal. A wasted opportunity for San Leandro SD. Mahoma Verges sent away a hard shot on goal in the 79th minute, but the ball went just over the crossbar and out. A very good chance. If Julio Cruz had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 82nd minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. Mahoma Verges received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 85th minute. Rigoberto Salgado tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. 87 minutes into the match, Iban Flores notched a goal, 3-0, to the right of Huerta De Cansa's Rigoberto Salgado. Rigoberto Salgado was clearly disgusted with the effort of the defense and let the defenders know about it. Huerta De Cansa's Rigoberto Salgado played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Zadornin Folch in the 94th minute of play. There were very few away supporters still in the ground by the end of the match. Most of them had left early, disgusted by the way their team had been torn apart. San Leandro SD fully deserved thier win.
