Thanks to some nice moves Eugenio Ponce could shoot a difficult shot in the 62nd minute, which René Aguilo however easily saved by the left post. Josepe Pastor scored 3-2 in the 66th match minute with a shot that went into the goal to the right of Ponce Fresnos, who was just a little too slow in reacting to the shot. Totana's Eugenio Ponce managed, thanks to a brazen rush, stole the ball on a throw-in made by Odon Fresnos in the 95 minute of the game. René Aguilo took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Baldemar Zapatero, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. When the match was over Totana could go home with a victory in their luggage, having controlled the game far better than Salinas De Añana throughout the match.
