Las Zorreras FC's Cheche Goyanes was standing unmarked in front of the goal when he, in the 4th play minute, got the ball and easily drilled it into the goal. If Cheche Goyanes had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 16th minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. An unexpectedly hard shot by Cheche Goyanes in the 18th minute of play forced Central Argentino R.C.'s goalkeeper Melkor Dorado to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. In the 20th minute, Cheche Goyanes got an opportunity to score, but he didn't get a solid hit on the ball and ended up kicking it wide of the goal. Erlantz Baeza kicked well hit freekick during the 24th minute of the match. Ospin Contreras took a chance and fired a shot far from the goal in the 25th minute, but it turned out to be a dangerous situation for Melkor Dorado. Central Argentino R.C.'s goalkeeper really had to stretch himself to stop the ball from crossing the goal line. The audience was convinced that Cheche Goyanes's extremely hard shot when he got free in front of the goal was going in, but Melkor Dorado was relentless in the 26th minute of the game. Nesor Marques struck a weak shot in the 27th minute. Melkor Dorado didn't even have to move as the ball rolled over the line well wide of the goal. A wasted opportunity for Las Zorreras FC. In the 42nd minute, Quilo Guerrero left the goalkeeper for dead before tapping the ball into the right side of the net. The Central Argentino R.C. fans were clearly happy with the effort and the scoreboard reflected the new score: 1-1. Las Zorreras FC's Zabal Vila played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Romano Navas in the 47th minute of play. The score stood at 1-1 when the half time whistle went. Both sets of players seemed reasonably pleased with how the match was going.

Both teams looked relatively alert before the second half when the referee blew his whistle to tell Cheche Goyanes to make the kick off. Melkor Dorado made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Cheche Goyanes in the 66th minute of play. Central Argentino R.C.'s Melkor Dorado played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Nesor Marques in the 67th minute of play. The audience thought a goal was coming when Romano Navas got free with Zabal Vila in the 75th minute, but the goalkeeper managed to catch the ball with a huge effort. In the 82nd match minute, Las Zorreras FC was awarded a freekick, the ball was picked up by Ursino Lopez to maneuver through the defense. 89 minutes into the game, Tadeo Carreira was given a yellow card after he appeared to trip an opposing player. Central Argentino R.C.'s manager was livid on the sidelines, but the referee was unmoved and gave Las Zorreras FC the free kick. After 89 minutes of play, the referee blew the whistle. It was a penalty for Central Argentino R.C.! Melkor Dorado went to the wrong direction when Ospin Contreras was taking care of the penalty kick which however missed the goal.
