The crowd had been anticipating this game for weeks and the excitement in the stadium was easily visible. Hibai Palanques hit a great freekick 3 minutes into the match. Mohamed Pujol showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Luisito Noya in the 6th minute of the match. Through an outstanding action, after 9 minutes, Mohamed Pujol successfully got his hands on the ball before it slid into the goal at the right post. Mohamed Pujol made a fantastic save in the 12th minute, when Juan-Carlos Gabas sent off a good shot on target. With a little luck, Algallarin FC's Mohamed Pujol got control of the ball when Juan-Carlos Gabas tried to sneak it across the goal line. Mohamed Pujol made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Curro Vagrande in the 19th minute of play. Juan-Carlos Gabas could have scored with his fast shot on goal in the 22nd minute of the match, but Mohamed Pujol made a huge save. In the 24th minute, Juan-Carlos Gabas made a precise shot to the right of Mohamed Pujol. Algallarin FC's defense was at fault, and the scoreboard reflected the new score, 1-0. Mohamed Pujol made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Luisito Noya in the 27th minute of play. With an all-out effort, Moriones FC's Mohamed Pujol threw himself towards the right post 28 minutes into the match and grabbed hold of the ball from Luisito Noya, which otherwise would have been placed in the net. If Landolfo Prieto had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 32nd minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. If Rafael Ponce De Leon had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 34th minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. Rafael Ponce De Leon recieved an excellent pass in front of the goal in the 37th minute. Unfortunately, he received the ball on his off foot and could only manage a weak shot that went over the goal. Auderico Quesada sent away a hard shot on goal in the 39th minute, but the ball went just over the crossbar and out. A very good chance. Auderico Quesada received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 40th minute. Hustaz Salan tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. Juan-Carlos Gabas could have scored with his fast shot on goal in the 45th minute of the match, but Mohamed Pujol made a huge save. Landolfo Prieto hit a great freekick 45 minutes into the match. Af the end of the first half the score was 1-0. The first half had gone as expected for the home team.

Both teams looked relatively alert before the second half when the referee blew his whistle to tell Auderico Quesada to make the kick off. Juan-Carlos Gabas received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 51st minute. Mohamed Pujol tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. Auderico Quesada recieved an excellent pass in front of the goal in the 56th minute. Unfortunately, he received the ball on his off foot and could only manage a weak shot that went over the goal. Indalecio Alcantara received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 57th minute. Hustaz Salan tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. Burni Huguet charged in rather forcefully in the 60th minute of the match, and managed to knock his opponent down. The referee showed Burni Huguet the yellow card, and asked the players to shake hands before continuing play. Burni Huguet kicked well hit freekick during the 60th minute of the match. Auderico Quesada recieved an excellent pass in front of the goal in the 63rd minute. Unfortunately, he received the ball on his off foot and could only manage a weak shot that went over the goal. 65 minutes into the match, Moriones FC's goalkeeper Hustaz Salan had to clear away a ball on his right side after a cunning shot by Indalecio Alcantara. Algallarin FC's Auderico Quesada got a good chance for a goal in the 67th minute, but he totally mistimed the shot and it went over the crossbar. Hustaz Salan made an important save on a dangerous shot by Auderico Quesada in the 70th minute. When the match had gone on for 77 minutes, Auderico Quesada took a quick shot and it went in 1-1 without a chance for Hustaz Salan to make any attempt to save it. After 80 minutes of play Algallarin FC's Indalecio Alcantara was too eager in his attempt to stop his opponent and brought him down. With that he got his second yellow card and was ordered off the ground. The supporters of Moriones FC booed when Algallarin FC was adjudged a doubtful freekick after 81 match minutes in a wonderful position. Indalecio Alcantara didn't get a good kick on the ball. After 87 minutes of play, Moriones FC's Hibai Palanques made it 2-1 when he simply outclassed the defender marking him and hit a curling shot into the right side of the net. Mohamed Pujol was left in no man's land by his defense there! 92 minutes into the match, Algallarin FC's goal looked a bit too open when Juan-Carlos Gabas came free, but Mohamed Pujol reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. The Moriones FC support was delighted with a win in a match that could easily have ended differently.
