Seating: 8, VIP seats: 0) After having played for 8 minutes, Isidro Verdeja managed to get in a good position for a shot on goal. Juan Grande's supporters crossed their fingers, but Isidro Verdeja was, after a quick turn that froze the defenders, out of balance and shot the ball just to the right of the goal. Montay De Pedro received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 16th minute. Emilio Ferrer tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. 18 minutes into the match, Juan Grande's goal looked a bit too open when Nicolás Gasso came free, but Emilio Ferrer reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. Nicolás Gasso struck a weak shot in the 23rd minute. Emilio Ferrer didn't even have to move as the ball rolled over the line well wide of the goal. A wasted opportunity for Beniarbeig. In the 24th match minute, Juan Grande was awarded a freekick, the ball was picked up by Apal Marcilla to maneuver through the defense. After a rather tough play, Juan Grande's Juvenal Carrasco got a free kick in the 25th minute. The supporters of Beniarbeig booed when Juan Grande was adjudged a doubtful freekick after 28 match minutes in a wonderful position. Apal Marcilla didn't get a good kick on the ball. Koldo Font kicked well hit freekick during the 31st minute of the match. If Nicolás Gasso had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 49th minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. No-one was surprised that the home team were leading 1-0 at half-time.
After a rather tough play, Beniarbeig's Nicolás Gasso got a free kick in the 56th minute. In the 57th match minute, Beniarbeig was awarded a freekick, the ball was picked up by Izar Zapico to maneuver through the defense. With a couple of smart ball manuevers Isidro Verdeja in the 61st managed to get into a good position. With a left leg Jonas Marrero saved Beniarbeig from getting behind. Montay De Pedro recieved an excellent pass in front of the goal in the 68th minute. Unfortunately, he received the ball on his off foot and could only manage a weak shot that went over the goal. Xurde Verges took the ball and in the 71 minute, shot a rapid shot to the right of a surprised Emilio Ferrer. Emilio Ferrer dived to the right, and did manage to get a hand on the shot, but it still went into the right corner making it 1-1. After 79 minutes, Rafa Alcantara mouthed his way into the referee's book. The tension between the Beniarbeig and the Juan Grande players grew even worse after the yellow card. In the 79th minute, one of Beniarbeig:s players had the ball in front of the goal but got pushed and fell. The referee felt it was an obvious case and blew a penalty for Beniarbeig. The referee gave Juan Grande a penalty, 80 minutes into the game. The penalty shot was made by Víctor Lama, who made a well placed shot into the net to the right of Beniarbeig's Jonas Marrero. 2-1. An unexpectedly hard shot by Isidro Verdeja in the 88th minute of play forced Beniarbeig's goalkeeper Jonas Marrero to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. The supporters of Juan Grande booed when Beniarbeig was adjudged a doubtful freekick after 89 match minutes in a wonderful position. Xurde Verges didn't get a good kick on the ball. Juvenal Carrasco fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 90th minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Jonas Marrero having to interfere. Montay De Pedro received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 94th minute. Emilio Ferrer tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. The referee blew his whistle, and the match came to a close. The players exchanged shirts and headed down the tunnel. The Juan Grande fans cheered their team off the field, for while Beniarbeig had put up a good fight, they were unable to come out of the game with any points to show for their effort.
