Spectators: 32 (Terracing: 25, Seating: 7, VIP seats: 0) Dark clouds were building up when the players entered the field. None of the them looked very eager to play. Alfredo Domenech started the match with the kick off. Lauren Puyol's shot was meant for the net just under the crossbar, but Pere Olmedo read the situation well and was quickly in position to make a wonderful save in the 5th minute of play. In the 9th minute the ball was on its way in behind Almería's goalkeeper Etxatxu Ribas, but with the help of a sacrificing defense, he could catch the ball at the crossbar. With a little luck, Almería's Etxatxu Ribas got control of the ball when Tebaldo Jurado tried to sneak it across the goal line. After a rather tough play, Almería's Boniel Cabezas got a free kick in the 11th minute. Almería's Etxatxu Ribas proved his good apprehension of play when he, in the 11th minute of the match, managed to save Almería from getting a goal against them. Etxatxu Ribas made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Alfredo Domenech in the 17th minute of play. 24 minutes into the match, Almería's goalkeeper Etxatxu Ribas had to clear away a ball on his right side after a cunning shot by Tebaldo Jurado. Pere Olmedo stood for a superb save when he managed to get hold of Lauren Puyol's shot from short distance in the 27th minute. After 31 minutes, Yiyo Benedicto mouthed his way into the referee's book. The tension between the Cutanda CD and the Almería players grew even worse after the yellow card. Yiyo Benedicto hit a great freekick 31 minutes into the match. Rio Dorado received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 34th minute. Pere Olmedo tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. After 39 minutes of play, Almería's Lauren Puyol made it 0-1 when he simply outclassed the defender marking him and hit a curling shot into the right side of the net. Pere Olmedo was left in no man's land by his defense there! The crowd was extremely unhappy with the home team's performance in the first half. They were losing 0-1.

Through an outstanding action, after 52 minutes, Pere Olmedo successfully got his hands on the ball before it slid into the goal at the right post. Lauren Puyol fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 56th minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Pere Olmedo having to interfere. An unexpectedly hard shot by Lauren Puyol in the 60th minute of play forced Cutanda CD's goalkeeper Pere Olmedo to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. If Lauren Puyol had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 63rd minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. Cutanda CD's Pere Olmedo proved his good apprehension of play when he, in the 71st minute of the match, managed to save Cutanda CD from getting a goal against them. Rio Dorado took the ball and in the 73 minute, shot a rapid shot to the right of a surprised Pere Olmedo. Pere Olmedo dived to the right, and did manage to get a hand on the shot, but it still went into the right corner making it 0-2. 76 minutes into the game, Maurino santillana was given a yellow card after he appeared to trip an opposing player. Cutanda CD's manager was livid on the sidelines, but the referee was unmoved and gave Almería the free kick. After a rather tough play, Cutanda CD's Maurino santillana got a free kick in the 76th minute. The audience thought a goal was coming when Rio Dorado got free with Pere Olmedo in the 78th minute, but the goalkeeper managed to catch the ball with a huge effort. 79 minutes into the match, Lauren Puyol dribbled the ball past the defender and swiftly kicked the ball to the left of Pere Olmedo, 0-3. Rio Dorado's shot was meant for the net just under the crossbar, but Pere Olmedo read the situation well and was quickly in position to make a wonderful save in the 83rd minute of play. 89 minutes into the match, Alfredo Domenech had an open shot that he just couldn't miss and scored to the right of Etxatxu Ribas. Almería's manager could be seen yelling to the referee that Alfredo Domenech was offside, but the referee ignored the protest. 1-3. After having played for 95 minutes, Lauren Puyol managed to get in a good position for a shot on goal. Almería's supporters crossed their fingers, but Lauren Puyol was, after a quick turn that froze the defenders, out of balance and shot the ball just to the right of the goal. The Cutanda CD fans had already started to leave before the final whistle blew. Almería were clearly better and deserved to take the win.
