The crowd had been anticipating this game for weeks and the excitement in the stadium was easily visible. 3 minutes into the match, Vallvidrera's goal looked a bit too open when Sandro Reyes came free, but Michel Adán reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. Anchel Rivas charged in rather forcefully in the 5th minute of the match, and managed to knock his opponent down. The referee showed Anchel Rivas the yellow card, and asked the players to shake hands before continuing play. A collision led to Vallvidrera getting a freekick after 14 minutes play. Andrés-Fernando Benito hit a great ball. If Goren Saavedra had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 16th minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. In the 19thth minute of the game Kepa Torres who was perfectly placed tried to make a shot on goal, but Vallvidrera's Michel Adán was lucky and managed to grab hold of the ball. The supporters of Vallvidrera booed when Gadir was adjudged a doubtful freekick after 22 match minutes in a wonderful position. William Jofre didn't get a good kick on the ball. 23 minutes into the game, Teo Zapatero cracked a shot to the right of the goalkeeper, 1-1. Clemente Litago was not in position, and could only watch the ball fly in. With a couple of smart ball manuevers Kepa Torres in the 29th managed to get into a good position. With a left leg Michel Adán saved Vallvidrera from getting behind. Goren Saavedra sent away a hard shot on goal in the 33rd minute, but the ball went just over the crossbar and out. A very good chance. Teo Zapatero kicked a quick shot right in front of the goal in the 36thth minute. Though ot was a great shot Gadir's keeper Clemente Litago was sill able to block leaving the score board unchanged.

The wind increased when Kepa Torres made the kick off in the second half. A collision led to Gadir getting a freekick after 61 minutes play. Xamin Antunez hit a great ball. If Teo Zapatero had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 65th minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. Goren Saavedra sent away a hard shot on goal in the 66th minute, but the ball went just over the crossbar and out. A very good chance. Teo Zapatero fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 75th minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Clemente Litago having to interfere. Benja Teruel might have been able to make a better finish in the 81st minute when he tried to place a hard shot over Michel Adán. Instead the ball went over the crossbar and out. Benja Teruel ran back to his position shaking his head. A hard shot 92 in the game by Kepa Torres from a close distance when the talented Michel Adán managed to make a qualified save. Vallvidrera's players were relieved. When Kepa Torres came up free with the goalie in the 96th minute, the Gadir fans jumped to their feet. But the shot missed the goal by a fraction of an inch, and the fans sat back down disappointed that Kepa Torres couldn't finish the play.
