Spectators: 33 (Terracing: 26, Seating: 7, VIP seats: 0) Ginés Blazquez made the kick off and thus started the match. An unexpectedly hard shot by Xosepin Galego in the 5th minute of play forced Sant Celoni FC's goalkeeper Jose-Enrique Cifuentes to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. Jose-Enrique Cifuentes showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Ginés Blazquez, who was totally free with the ball in the 9th minute. When Belasko Aranzubia came up free with the goalie in the 11th minute, the Sant Celoni FC fans jumped to their feet. But the shot missed the goal by a fraction of an inch, and the fans sat back down disappointed that Belasko Aranzubia couldn't finish the play. Belasko Aranzubia received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 13th minute. Hector Vilanova tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. In the 16th minute Belasko Aranzubia shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Hector Vilanova saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. In the 16th minute, Ildefonso Morales hit a crossing free kick to the open man running down the field. 19 minutes into the match, Santos Zubizarreta had an open shot that he just couldn't miss and scored to the right of Hector Vilanova. Hinojares SD's manager could be seen yelling to the referee that Santos Zubizarreta was offside, but the referee ignored the protest. 1-0. Jose-Enrique Cifuentes took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Xosepin Galego, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. Santos Zubizarreta recieved an excellent pass in front of the goal in the 24th minute. Unfortunately, he received the ball on his off foot and could only manage a weak shot that went over the goal. Santos Zubizarreta in the 33rdth minute had a little luck and got a chance for a shot in front of the goal. Without hesitation aimed to the right of Hector Vilanova, who managed to lunge to the right direction and made a save. In the 39th minute the ball was on its way in behind Hinojares SD's goalkeeper Hector Vilanova, but with the help of a sacrificing defense, he could catch the ball at the crossbar. In the 49th minute Xosepin Galego shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Jose-Enrique Cifuentes saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. The home fans were very happy to see their team leading 2-0 at half-time.

In the 55th minute Belasko Aranzubia shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Hector Vilanova saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. Santos Zubizarreta sent away a hard shot on goal in the 56th minute, but the ball went just over the crossbar and out. A very good chance. 58 minutes into the match, Belasko Aranzubia notched a goal, 3-0, to the right of Hinojares SD's Hector Vilanova. Hector Vilanova was clearly disgusted with the effort of the defense and let the defenders know about it. Thanks to some nice foot action and superb ball handling Belasko Aranzubia in the 69th minute a chance for a shot on goal. With an extended leg and a bit of luck Hector Vilanova prevented the ball from getting in the gole. Santos Zubizarreta struck a weak shot in the 72nd minute. Hector Vilanova didn't even have to move as the ball rolled over the line well wide of the goal. A wasted opportunity for Sant Celoni FC. Santos Zubizarreta fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 75th minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Hector Vilanova having to interfere. Jose-Enrique Cifuentes stood for a superb save when he managed to get hold of Ginés Blazquez's shot from short distance in the 78th minute. After 79 minutes of play, the referee blew the whistle. It was a penalty for Hinojares SD! Garibaldo Climent shot the penalty kick right outside the post. Adrián Rico charged in rather forcefully in the 83rd minute of the match, and managed to knock his opponent down. The referee showed Adrián Rico the yellow card, and asked the players to shake hands before continuing play. If Belasko Aranzubia had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 85th minute. The ball went over the crossbar instead. The supporters of Sant Celoni FC booed when Hinojares SD was adjudged a doubtful freekick after 97 match minutes in a wonderful position. Ginés Blazquez didn't get a good kick on the ball.
