In the 36th minute Nayely Jurado shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Rosendo Castro saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. In the 42nd match minute, Orihuela C.F. was awarded a freekick, the ball was picked up by Geleberto Astudillo to maneuver through the defense. Geleberto Astudillo kicked well hit freekick during the 47th minute of the match. The score stood at 0-0 when the half time whistle went. Both sets of players seemed reasonably pleased with how the match was going.

The players of the home team were most fresh-looking when they entered the field to play the second half. Taurino Gimenez was the one to do the kick off. A collision led to El Recuenco getting a freekick after 56 minutes play. Benja Camarasa hit a great ball. Silvano Fernandez showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Benja Camarasa in the 66th minute of the match. Silvano Fernandez made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Taurino Gimenez in the 67th minute of play. Taurino Gimenez sent away a hard shot on goal in the 69th minute, but the ball went just over the crossbar and out. A very good chance. Lucas Revuelta received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 71st minute. Silvano Fernandez tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. Taurino Gimenez sent away a hard shot on goal in the 74th minute, but the ball went just over the crossbar and out. A very good chance. Silvano Fernandez made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Taurino Gimenez in the 84th minute of play. After some fancy dribbling in the 91st minute, Lucas Revuelta managed to get in a good position for a shot. El Recuenco's supporters rose to their feet, but Lucas Revuelta was a bit off balance and shot the ball just wide of the left post. Silvano Fernandez breathed a sigh of relief and went to take the goal kick. Silvano Fernandez showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Taurino Gimenez in the 96th minute of the match. The audience thought a goal was coming when Larpe Feliu got free with Rosendo Castro in the 97th minute, but the goalkeeper managed to catch the ball with a huge effort.
