Cristos Pantoja charged in rather forcefully in the 6th minute of the match, and managed to knock his opponent down. An unexpectedly hard shot by Giraldo Saboya in the 13th minute of play forced Venta De Don Quijote UD's goalkeeper Eloy Vila to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. When George Velazquez, who was free, got the in front of the goal in the 16 minute he wasn't focused and tipped the ball just over the goal. The Eloy Vila was delighted since the ball would have got in if it had gone under the crossbar. After 20 played minutes Cobatillas FC got a freekick which was hit by Monte Velazquez. George Velazquez fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 23rd minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Eloy Vila having to interfere. If Maule Quintas had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 27th minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. Eloy Vila didn't have a chance when a screaming shot from George Velazquez went, in the 33rd minute, to the upper right corner, 0-1 was the resulting score. 36 minutes into the match, Venta De Don Quijote UD's goal looked a bit too open when George Velazquez came free, but Eloy Vila reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. Giraldo Saboya received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 37th minute. Eloy Vila tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. Giraldo Saboya fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 39th minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Eloy Vila having to interfere. In the 48thth minute of the game George Velazquez who was perfectly placed tried to make a shot on goal, but Venta De Don Quijote UD's Eloy Vila was lucky and managed to grab hold of the ball. After the first half Cobatillas FC were leading 0-1. They had played with great self confidence throughout the first half and fully deserved their lead.

Zigor Pabon took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Maule Quintas, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. Epicuro Gutierrez sent away a hard shot on goal in the 63rd minute, but the ball went just over the crossbar and out. A very good chance. Giraldo Saboya succeeded to score despite a near miss that spronge from right pole into the goal to 0-2 in the 72nd playminute. The audience thought a goal was coming when Giraldo Saboya got free with Eloy Vila in the 82nd minute, but the goalkeeper managed to catch the ball with a huge effort. 89 minutes into the match, Venta De Don Quijote UD's goalkeeper Eloy Vila had to clear away a ball on his right side after a cunning shot by Giraldo Saboya. Zigor Pabon showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Epicuro Gutierrez, who was totally free with the ball in the 95th minute. Xepe Vera kicked well hit freekick during the 96th minute of the match. The Venta De Don Quijote UD fans had already started to leave before the final whistle blew. Cobatillas FC were clearly better and deserved to take the win.
