The supporters of Oiran booed when Lamiña CF was adjudged a doubtful freekick after 3 match minutes in a wonderful position. Berbiz Prieto didn't get a good kick on the ball. After 5 minutes of play, the referee blew the whistle. It was a penalty for Oiran! If Prospero Ramos had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 12th minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. Ruy Vadillos was extremely unlucky when he, in the 19th minute, took a shot that hit the right post and went out. In the 21stth minute of the game Hernán Bravo who was perfectly placed tried to make a shot on goal, but Lamiña CF's Osmundo Ramiréz was lucky and managed to grab hold of the ball. Osmundo Ramiréz took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Evangelista Coira, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. Oiran's Tabb Beloki played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Prospero Ramos in the 27th minute of play. Prospero Ramos's shot was meant for the net just under the crossbar, but Tabb Beloki read the situation well and was quickly in position to make a wonderful save in the 33rd minute of play. With a couple of smart ball manuevers Prospero Ramos in the 45th managed to get into a good position. With a left leg Tabb Beloki saved Oiran from getting behind. When Prospero Ramos came up free with the goalie in the 47th minute, the Lamiña CF fans jumped to their feet. But the shot missed the goal by a fraction of an inch, and the fans sat back down disappointed that Prospero Ramos couldn't finish the play.

Both teams looked relatively alert before the second half when the referee blew his whistle to tell Evangelista Coira to make the kick off. In the 67th minute the ball was on its way in behind Lamiña CF's goalkeeper Osmundo Ramiréz, but with the help of a sacrificing defense, he could catch the ball at the crossbar. Evangelista Coira received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 74th minute. Osmundo Ramiréz tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. In the 75th match minute, Lamiña CF was awarded a freekick, the ball was picked up by Edgard Casillas to maneuver through the defense. Hernán Bravo in the 81stth minute had a little luck and got a chance for a shot in front of the goal. Without hesitation aimed to the right of Osmundo Ramiréz, who managed to lunge to the right direction and made a save. After 81 played minutes Lamiña CF got a freekick which was hit by Berbiz Prieto. Evangelista Coira fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 83rd minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Osmundo Ramiréz having to interfere. José Palomar recieved an excellent pass in front of the goal in the 86th minute. Unfortunately, he received the ball on his off foot and could only manage a weak shot that went over the goal. In the 91st minute, Evangelista Coira fired away a killer shot towards the goal that, to the delight of Osmundo Ramiréz, passed just outside the right post. After 92 played minutes Oiran got a freekick which was hit by Herminio Benito. The Oiran players were the happier at the end of the match as they had prevented Lamiña CF from taking control. The game ends in a draw.
