An unexpectedly hard shot by Artzai Llorca in the 22nd minute of play forced Biel CD's goalkeeper Leizarraga Verges to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. In the 45th match minute, Biel CD was awarded a freekick, the ball was picked up by Benjamin Planes to maneuver through the defense. After a rather tough play, Biel CD's Florencio Casanova got a free kick in the 46th minute. The first half was very even, with the score at 0-0 when the whistle went for half-time. The players welcomed the break and quickly retired to the dressing rooms.

The players of the away team seemed most concentrated when Artzai Llorca stepped up to make the kick off in the second half. Leizarraga Verges showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Artzai Llorca, who was totally free with the ball in the 53rd minute.
