Mahoma Galnares started the match with the kick off. 5 minutes into the match, F. C. BECERREA's goal looked a bit too open when Mahoma Galnares came free, but Ritchie Blazquez reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. Antxoka Saboya made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Carlos Suarez in the 7th minute of play. If Bernabel Izquierdo had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 8th minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. F. C. BECERREA's Ritchie Blazquez proved his good apprehension of play when he, in the 11th minute of the match, managed to save F. C. BECERREA from getting a goal against them. After 17 played minutes Doniños UD got a freekick which was hit by Esquipula Camara. In the 19th minute the ball was on its way in behind Doniños UD's goalkeeper Antxoka Saboya, but with the help of a sacrificing defense, he could catch the ball at the crossbar. The audience thought a goal was coming when Belisario Ruiz got free with Ritchie Blazquez in the 22nd minute, but the goalkeeper managed to catch the ball with a huge effort. After a rather tough play, F. C. BECERREA's Emmanuel Vacas got a free kick in the 23rd minute. Antxoka Saboya showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Carlos Suarez, who was totally free with the ball in the 26th minute. In the 34th minute Carlos Suarez shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Antxoka Saboya saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. Doniños UD's Antxoka Saboya played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Ostadar Paredes in the 38th minute of play. 39 minutes into the match, Mahoma Galnares dribbled the ball past the defender and swiftly kicked the ball to the left of Ritchie Blazquez, 1-2. Belisario Ruiz sent away a hard shot on goal in the 43rd minute, but the ball went just over the crossbar and out. A very good chance. Antxoka Saboya made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Carlos Suarez in the 45th minute of play. Cayo Dulce received a nice pass, split the defenders, and ran untouched towards the goal. Antxoka Saboya came out and tried to block the shot, but Cayo Dulce slotted it home off the left post making it 1-3 in the 53rd minute. When David Ucero fell near the penalty area in the 60th minute he thought he would be awarded a free kick. The referee ignored Doniños UD's protests and gave David Ucero a yellow card for diving instead. A collision led to Doniños UD getting a freekick after 60 minutes play. David Ucero hit a great ball. If Belisario Ruiz had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 62nd minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. Antxoka Saboya was a little too slow when Carlos Suarez got a fine hit on the ball which went right into the goal in the 65th minute. The score was now 1-4. An unexpectedly hard shot by Mahoma Galnares in the 69th minute of play forced F. C. BECERREA's goalkeeper Ritchie Blazquez to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. 69 minutes into the match, Mahoma Galnares notched a goal, 2-4, to the right of F. C. BECERREA's Ritchie Blazquez. Ritchie Blazquez was clearly disgusted with the effort of the defense and let the defenders know about it. After having played for 79 minutes, Belisario Ruiz managed to get in a good position for a shot on goal. Doniños UD's supporters crossed their fingers, but Belisario Ruiz was, after a quick turn that froze the defenders, out of balance and shot the ball just to the right of the goal. Ritchie Blazquez came out of the goal in the 81st minute to try and stop a shot by Doniños UD's Mahoma Galnares. But to his dismay, Mahoma Galnares quickly shot the ball in between his legs and into the goal making it 3-4. The final whistle blew with the score still tied, and both teams left the pitch thinking about the missed chances that could have given their team the win.
