Los Tocaitos's Saturnino Palacios played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Mitxel Vazquez in the 25th minute of play. The players of the home team were most fresh-looking when they entered the field to play the second half. Cipriano Canal was the one to do the kick off. Primitivo Alonso showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Cipriano Canal, who was totally free with the ball in the 52nd minute. Mitxel Vazquez could have scored with his fast shot on goal in the 56th minute of the match, but Saturnino Palacios made a huge save. After a rather tough play, Los Tocaitos's Nalo Cabanela got a free kick in the 56th minute. Robustiano Cacheres's late challenge caught a Rodra FC's player on the shin and left him crawling around in pain. The referee blew his whistle and produced the yellow card. Santiago Redondo's shot was meant for the net just under the crossbar, but Primitivo Alonso read the situation well and was quickly in position to make a wonderful save in the 97th minute of play. Rodra FC's supporters were very happy and cheered loudly because their team had won after a very close match.
