Spectators: 33 (Terracing: 26, Seating: 7, VIP seats: 0) Dark clouds were building up when the players entered the field. None of the them looked very eager to play. Xove Camacho started the match with the kick off. If Velasco Roman had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 4th minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. Iamín Ramis charged in rather forcefully in the 8th minute of the match, and managed to knock his opponent down. The referee showed Iamín Ramis the yellow card, and asked the players to shake hands before continuing play. A collision led to Sobradiel FC getting a freekick after 8 minutes play. Iamín Ramis hit a great ball. After having played for 18 minutes, Xove Camacho managed to get in a good position for a shot on goal. C.D. Villares-Navega's supporters crossed their fingers, but Xove Camacho was, after a quick turn that froze the defenders, out of balance and shot the ball just to the right of the goal. When Benjamin Bartumeu fell near the penalty area in the 19th minute he thought he would be awarded a free kick. The referee ignored Sobradiel FC's protests and gave Benjamin Bartumeu a yellow card for diving instead. In the 19th match minute, Sobradiel FC was awarded a freekick, the ball was picked up by Benjamin Bartumeu to maneuver through the defense. Alatz Cameno sent away a hard shot on goal in the 24th minute, but the ball went just over the crossbar and out. A very good chance. Velasco Roman fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 43rd minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Ponce Buendia having to interfere. Xove Camacho might have been able to make a better finish in the 45th minute when he tried to place a hard shot over Ponce Buendia. Instead the ball went over the crossbar and out. Xove Camacho ran back to his position shaking his head. Xove Camacho received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 45th minute. Ponce Buendia tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. C.D. Villares-Navega's Aresti Bellido proved his good apprehension of play when he, in the 49th minute of the match, managed to save C.D. Villares-Navega from getting a goal against them. After a very even first half the match was still tied. The players went to their respective dressing rooms to discuss the tactics for the second half.

The supporters of C.D. Villares-Navega booed when Sobradiel FC was adjudged a doubtful freekick after 53 match minutes in a wonderful position. Iamín Ramis didn't get a good kick on the ball. Hechter Gonzáles recieved an excellent pass in front of the goal in the 58th minute. Unfortunately, he received the ball on his off foot and could only manage a weak shot that went over the goal. Velasco Roman sent away a hard shot on goal in the 71st minute, but the ball hit the crossbar and went out. A very good chance for a goal. If Velasco Roman had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 73rd minute. The ball went over the crossbar instead. Julen Herrero received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 74th minute. Ponce Buendia tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. Aresti Bellido showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Alatz Cameno, who was totally free with the ball in the 82nd minute. When Velasco Roman came up free with the goalie in the 87th minute, the C.D. Villares-Navega fans jumped to their feet. But the shot missed the goal by a fraction of an inch, and the fans sat back down disappointed that Velasco Roman couldn't finish the play. Toro Montaña was astounded when the referee showed him the red card after a seemingly innocent challenge, 96 minutes into the match. In a very dangerous position, a player in Sobradiel FC fell when an opponent tried to get the ball from him in the 96th minute. Penalty! C.D. Villares-Navega's supporters were very happy and cheered loudly because their team had won after a very close match.
