Spectators: 32 (Terracing: 25, Seating: 7, VIP seats: 0) Dark clouds were building up when the players entered the field. None of the them looked very eager to play. Argider Perpiñán started the match with the kick off. 3 minutes into the game, Apoena Lama cracked a shot to the right of the goalkeeper, 0-1. Niva Abrego was not in position, and could only watch the ball fly in. Pechitos McTetis's Joaquin Alavedra got a good chance for a goal in the 7th minute, but he totally mistimed the shot and it went over the crossbar. After 9 played minutes Pechitos McTetis got a freekick which was hit by Argider Perpiñán. Niva Abrego made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Apoena Lama in the 10th minute of play. After some fancy dribbling in the 12th minute, Prudencio Casals managed to get in a good position for a shot. Venecia's supporters rose to their feet, but Prudencio Casals was a bit off balance and shot the ball just wide of the left post. Niva Abrego breathed a sigh of relief and went to take the goal kick. Niva Abrego showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Apoena Lama, who was totally free with the ball in the 15th minute. Niva Abrego made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Calisto Moya in the 16th minute of play. Calisto Moya received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 20th minute. Niva Abrego tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. 25 minutes into the game, Pechitos McTetis's Joaquin Alavedra nearly tore a hole in the net with a booming shot. Felipe Varela made a valiant effort, but he could not reach the ball in time, 1-1. Niva Abrego showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Calisto Moya, who was totally free with the ball in the 28th minute. 30 minutes into the match, Venecia's goal looked a bit too open when Argider Perpiñán came free, but Felipe Varela reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. The audience thought a goal was coming when Joaquin Alavedra got free with Felipe Varela in the 33rd minute, but the goalkeeper managed to catch the ball with a huge effort. The referee was alert and spotted a serious foul by Gualterio Galdamez during the 33rd minute. The player immediately received a yellow card. In the 34th minute, Gualterio Galdamez hit a crossing free kick to the open man running down the field. After some fancy dribbling in the 36th minute, Joaquin Alavedra managed to get in a good position for a shot. Pechitos McTetis's supporters rose to their feet, but Joaquin Alavedra was a bit off balance and shot the ball just wide of the left post. A collision led to Pechitos McTetis getting a freekick after 40 minutes play. Juan-Alfredo Sobrado hit a great ball. Niva Abrego came out of the goal in the 46th minute to try and stop a shot by Venecia's Apoena Lama. But to his dismay, Apoena Lama quickly shot the ball in between his legs and into the goal making it 1-2. After the first half Venecia were leading 1-2. They had played with great self confidence throughout the first half and fully deserved their lead.

The players of the away team seemed most concentrated when Apoena Lama stepped up to make the kick off in the second half. Felipe Varela didn't have a chance when a screaming shot from Joaquin Alavedra went, in the 55th minute, to the upper right corner, 2-2 was the resulting score. Joaquin Alavedra recieved an excellent pass in front of the goal in the 58th minute. Unfortunately, he received the ball on his off foot and could only manage a weak shot that went over the goal. After a rather tough play, Venecia's Apoena Lama got a free kick in the 59th minute. When Gualterio Galdamez was, once again, overly rough in his play he received his second yellow card and was ordered off the ground. 60 minutes had been played. Calisto Moya who was well placed in front of the goal fired away a dangerous shot that in the 64thth minute tested the skills of Niva Abrego when he managed to save the team from getting behind. Calisto Moya hit a great ball. 69 minutes into the match, Pechitos McTetis's goalkeeper Niva Abrego had to clear away a ball on his right side after a cunning shot by Calisto Moya. Calisto Moya who was well placed in front of the goal fired away a dangerous shot that in the 72ndth minute tested the skills of Niva Abrego when he managed to save the team from getting behind. After 76 minutes, Apoena Lama mouthed his way into the referee's book. The tension between the Venecia and the Pechitos McTetis players grew even worse after the yellow card. In the 76th match minute, Venecia was awarded a freekick, the ball was picked up by Apoena Lama to maneuver through the defense. Felipe Varela stood for a superb save when he managed to get hold of Argider Perpiñán's shot from short distance in the 81st minute. Pechitos McTetis's Niva Abrego proved his good apprehension of play when he, in the 88th minute of the match, managed to save Pechitos McTetis from getting a goal against them.
