In the 8th match minute, Poblao Bético C.F was awarded a freekick, the ball was picked up by Juan-Carlos Zárate to maneuver through the defense. Juan-Carlos Zárate charged in rather forcefully in the 14th minute of the match, and managed to knock his opponent down. The referee showed Juan-Carlos Zárate the yellow card, and asked the players to shake hands before continuing play. A collision led to Poblao Bético C.F getting a freekick after 14 minutes play. Juan-Carlos Zárate hit a great ball. Estebano Cacheres showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Neron Herrera in the 21st minute of the match. Horacio Quijana recieved an excellent pass in front of the goal in the 31st minute. Unfortunately, he received the ball on his off foot and could only manage a weak shot that went over the goal. 38 minutes into the game, Baldomero Rallo threw the ball into play from the sideline. Poblao Bético C.F's Tino Barral quickly snatched the ball and retained possesion. Neto Uria made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Llorenc Amorebieta in the 45th minute of play. Af the end of the first half the score was 1-0. The first half had gone as expected for the home team.

After 53 played minutes Poblao Bético C.F got a freekick which was hit by Ramond Solana. A collision led to Poblao Bético C.F getting a freekick after 56 minutes play. Juan-Carlos Zárate hit a great ball. Franco Canyelles hit a great freekick 62 minutes into the match. 67 minutes into the match, Poblao Bético C.F's goal looked a bit too open when Horacio Quijana came free, but Neto Uria reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. Poblao Bético C.F's Neto Uria played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Horacio Quijana in the 69th minute of play. Juan-Carlos Zárate hit a great freekick 72 minutes into the match. After 74 played minutes, Alpuente AD's Franco Canyelles shot from a long distance, and at first it looked like the ball was going into the goal, but the goalkeeper Neto Uria came through and got his fingers on the ball before it flew over the goal line. He then quickly gripped the ball tighter before the forwards in Alpuente AD reached it. In the 75th minute, Horacio Quijana made a precise shot to the right of Neto Uria. Poblao Bético C.F's defense was at fault, and the scoreboard reflected the new score, 2-0. 82 minutes into the game, Ramond Solana was given a yellow card after he appeared to trip an opposing player. Poblao Bético C.F's manager was livid on the sidelines, but the referee was unmoved and gave Alpuente AD the free kick. In the 82nd match minute, Poblao Bético C.F was awarded a freekick, the ball was picked up by Ramond Solana to maneuver through the defense. In the 94th minute Horacio Quijana shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Neto Uria saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. There was no doubt that Alpuente AD were the better team. Alpuente AD's players enjoyed the ovations of the crowd after the victory.
