Spectators: 34 (Terracing: 26, Seating: 8, VIP seats: 0) The sun was shining, the grass was green and the audience cheered when Alejandro Sirvent got the match started through his kick off. 3 minutes into the match, Edetanorum F.C's goalkeeper Gerardo Esteban had to clear away a ball on his right side after a cunning shot by Jago Erosa. After some careless play in the Castellón De La Plana FC defense, Michael Pantoja kicked a shot that curved into the net to the right of Kemen Jaen. The Castellón De La Plana FC fans voiced their displeasure as they felt that Kemen Jaen should have stopped the shot. Alejandro Sirvent sent away a hard shot on goal in the 13th minute, but the ball hit the crossbar and went out. A very good chance for a goal. Edetanorum F.C's Gerardo Esteban proved his good apprehension of play when he, in the 14th minute of the match, managed to save Edetanorum F.C from getting a goal against them. A collision led to Castellón De La Plana FC getting a freekick after 16 minutes play. Víctor Gomar hit a great ball. Quico Ballesteros's late challenge caught a Edetanorum F.C's player on the shin and left him crawling around in pain. The referee blew his whistle and produced the yellow card. Quico Ballesteros helped the player get up and apologised. After a rather tough play, Castellón De La Plana FC's Quico Ballesteros got a free kick in the 20th minute. Rodney Bencoiechea took the ball and in the 21 minute, shot a rapid shot to the right of a surprised Kemen Jaen. Kemen Jaen dived to the right, and did manage to get a hand on the shot, but it still went into the right corner making it 0-2. Alejandro Sirvent received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 24th minute. Kemen Jaen tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. The crowd rose to their feet as Jago Erosa kicked a wonderful shot that went in to the left of a diving Gerardo Esteban. That made the score 1-2 in the 26 minute of play. The supporters of Edetanorum F.C booed when Castellón De La Plana FC was adjudged a doubtful freekick after 30 match minutes in a wonderful position. Ignacio Huguet didn't get a good kick on the ball. Kemen Jaen showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Veremundo Ribas in the 32nd minute of the match. Kemen Jaen took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Alejandro Sirvent, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. 38 minutes into the game, Rodney Bencoiechea cracked a shot to the right of the goalkeeper, 1-3. Kemen Jaen was not in position, and could only watch the ball fly in. 41 minutes into the match, Castellón De La Plana FC's goal looked a bit too open when Ion Marcos came free, but Kemen Jaen reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. In the 42nd match minute, Castellón De La Plana FC was awarded a freekick, the ball was picked up by Quico Ballesteros to maneuver through the defense. An unexpectedly hard shot by Rodney Bencoiechea in the 43rd minute of play forced Castellón De La Plana FC's goalkeeper Kemen Jaen to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball.

Rodney Bencoiechea's shot straight on target was not completely harmless. The ball had pretty good speed, but Kemen Jaen firmly grabbed it by the left post. In the 58th minute Quico Ballesteros shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Gerardo Esteban saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. 67 minutes into the match, Edetanorum F.C's goal looked a bit too open when Jago Erosa came free, but Gerardo Esteban reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. 69 minutes into the game, Ignacio Huguet was given a yellow card after he appeared to trip an opposing player. Castellón De La Plana FC's manager was livid on the sidelines, but the referee was unmoved and gave Edetanorum F.C the free kick. After 69 played minutes Castellón De La Plana FC got a freekick which was hit by Ignacio Huguet. Rodney Bencoiechea could have scored with his fast shot on goal in the 72nd minute of the match, but Kemen Jaen made a huge save. Kemen Jaen made an important save on a dangerous shot by Rodney Bencoiechea in the 76th minute. Edetanorum F.C's Gerardo Esteban played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Quico Ballesteros in the 81st minute of play. If Rodney Bencoiechea had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 84th minute. The ball went over the crossbar instead. In the 86th minute, Rodney Bencoiechea fired away a killer shot towards the goal that, to the delight of Kemen Jaen, passed just outside the right post. Edetanorum F.C's Rodney Bencoiechea got a good chance for a goal in the 90th minute, but he totally mistimed the shot and it went over the crossbar. 94 minutes into the game, Jago Erosa cracked a shot to the right of the goalkeeper, 2-3. Gerardo Esteban was not in position, and could only watch the ball fly in.
