After 2 played minutes Madriñan UD got a freekick which was hit by Tavio Valverde. Nerio Sirvent kicked well hit freekick during the 5th minute of the match. Xiao Otero made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Norberto De la Rosa in the 7th minute of play. 9 minutes into the match, Tadeo De la Torre dribbled the ball past the defender and swiftly kicked the ball to the left of Vincent Olle, 1-0. Xiao Otero showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Norberto De la Rosa in the 25th minute of the match. Vincent Olle stood for a superb save when he managed to get hold of Tadeo De la Torre's shot from short distance in the 26th minute. 28 minutes into the match, Madriñan UD's goal looked a bit too open when Tartalo Cañadas came free, but Xiao Otero reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. After a rather tough play, Madriñan UD's Tavio Valverde got a free kick in the 30th minute. After some fancy dribbling in the 41st minute, Tadeo De la Torre managed to get in a good position for a shot. Madriñan UD's supporters rose to their feet, but Tadeo De la Torre was a bit off balance and shot the ball just wide of the left post. Vincent Olle breathed a sigh of relief and went to take the goal kick. Vincent Olle showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Tadeo De la Torre, who was totally free with the ball in the 45th minute. The first half was very even, with the score at 1-1 when the whistle went for half-time. The players welcomed the break and quickly retired to the dressing rooms.

When the second half was about to start, both teams quickly lined up and Norberto De la Rosa made a kick off. Tadeo De la Torre sent away a hard shot on goal in the 53rd minute, but the ball went just over the crossbar and out. A very good chance. Tartalo Cañadas came free with the goalkeeper in the 61st minute of the match, and shot straight on target. The shot was a little too simple and Xiao Otero could save by the left post. Madriñan UD's Tadeo De la Torre got a good chance for a goal in the 62nd minute, but he totally mistimed the shot and it went over the crossbar. Tavio Valverde sent away a hard shot on goal in the 63rd minute, but the ball went just over the crossbar and out. A very good chance. When the match clock showed 67 minutes, the score became 2-1 when Tadeo De la Torre sped through Campo Arcis's defense and sent away a curving shot that went into the net to the right of Vincent Olle. When Brais Contreras came up free with the goalie in the 70th minute, the Madriñan UD fans jumped to their feet. But the shot missed the goal by a fraction of an inch, and the fans sat back down disappointed that Brais Contreras couldn't finish the play. When Xove Menendez fell near the penalty area in the 71st minute he thought he would be awarded a free kick. The referee ignored Campo Arcis's protests and gave Xove Menendez a yellow card for diving instead. In the 71st minute, Xove Menendez hit a crossing free kick to the open man running down the field. Brais Contreras received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 72nd minute. Vincent Olle tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. When Xove Menendez was, once again, overly rough in his play he received his second yellow card and was ordered off the ground. 73 minutes had been played. The supporters of Madriñan UD booed when Campo Arcis was adjudged a doubtful freekick after 74 match minutes in a wonderful position. Xove Menendez didn't get a good kick on the ball. Tavio Valverde fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 80th minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Vincent Olle having to interfere. Tadeo De la Torre sent away a hard shot on goal in the 82nd minute, but the ball went just over the crossbar and out. A very good chance. After 89 played minutes Campo Arcis got a freekick which was hit by Pericles Darroja. Frasco Moreno missed a clear chance of a goal when in the 91 minute of the game fired away a shot, but unfortunally the ball went out to the Vincent Olle right hand side. Madriñan UD's supporters were delighted with their team's performance and swarmed onto the pitch at the end of the match to celebrate the victory with the players.
