Indar Lagunas received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 12th minute. Lordi Perez tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. Bastia Astudillo sent away a hard shot on goal in the 17th minute, but the ball hit the crossbar and went out. A very good chance for a goal. Asque's Ricardo Diaz suffered a concussion after 22 minutes and had to leave the field. 22 minutes into the game, Arlo Rapado was given a yellow card after he appeared to trip an opposing player. Aveno's manager was livid on the sidelines, but the referee was unmoved and gave Asque the free kick. After a defensive mix-up in Aveno's zone, Indar Lagunas stole the ball and had only the goalie to beat. Lordi Perez came out of the goal and Indar Lagunas tried to chip the ball over his head. To his dismay, the ball went over the crossbar and out of play. Truylos Silvestre struck a weak shot in the 40th minute. Lordi Perez didn't even have to move as the ball rolled over the line well wide of the goal. A wasted opportunity for Asque. If Truylos Silvestre had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 42nd minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. Arlo Rapado was shown his second yellow card after 44 minutes, following a rather ugly tackle on opponent. That was the end of his participation in the match. After a rather tough play, Aveno's Arlo Rapado got a free kick in the 45th minute. Lordi Perez came out of the goal in the 46th minute to try and stop a shot by Asque's Indar Lagunas. But to his dismay, Indar Lagunas quickly shot the ball in between his legs and into the goal making it 2-1. When the referee blew for the end of the half the home team players were clearly happier, as they went in to the break leading 2-1.

The players of the away team seemed most concentrated when Baudilio Cuadrado stepped up to make the kick off in the second half. After 53 played minutes Asque got a freekick which was hit by Truylos Silvestre. In the 55th minute, Bastia Astudillo hit a crossing free kick to the open man running down the field. A hard shot 60 in the game by Indar Lagunas from a close distance when the talented Lordi Perez managed to make a qualified save. Aveno's players were relieved. After 61 minutes, Bastia Astudillo mouthed his way into the referee's book. The tension between the Asque and the Aveno players grew even worse after the yellow card. Bastia Astudillo kicked well hit freekick during the 61st minute of the match. Baudilio Cuadrado might have been able to make a better finish in the 62nd minute when he tried to place a hard shot over Bernal Arraz. Instead the ball went over the crossbar and out. Baudilio Cuadrado ran back to his position shaking his head. Baudilio Cuadrado fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 66th minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Bernal Arraz having to interfere. After a defensive mix-up in Aveno's zone, Indar Lagunas stole the ball and had only the goalie to beat. Lordi Perez came out of the goal and Indar Lagunas tried to chip the ball over his head. To his dismay, the ball went over the crossbar and out of play. Indar Lagunas could have scored with his fast shot on goal in the 71st minute of the match, but Lordi Perez made a huge save. After 74 played minutes Asque got a freekick which was hit by Indar Lagunas. Asque's Indar Lagunas got a good chance for a goal in the 79th minute, but he totally mistimed the shot and it went over the crossbar. Indar Lagunas who was well placed in front of the goal fired away a dangerous shot that in the 83rdth minute tested the skills of Lordi Perez when he managed to save the team from getting behind. When Truylos Silvestre came up free with the goalie in the 85th minute, the Asque fans jumped to their feet. But the shot missed the goal by a fraction of an inch, and the fans sat back down disappointed that Truylos Silvestre couldn't finish the play. The supporters of Asque booed when Aveno was adjudged a doubtful freekick after 92 match minutes in a wonderful position. Llorian Soler didn't get a good kick on the ball.
