After having played for 4 minutes, Herauso Verges managed to get in a good position for a shot on goal. Pozon AD's supporters crossed their fingers, but Herauso Verges was, after a quick turn that froze the defenders, out of balance and shot the ball just to the right of the goal. After some fancy dribbling in the 7th minute, Herauso Verges managed to get in a good position for a shot. Pozon AD's supporters rose to their feet, but Herauso Verges was a bit off balance and shot the ball just wide of the left post. Florencio Acedo breathed a sigh of relief and went to take the goal kick. Vitor Ibanez took the ball and in the 10 minute, shot a rapid shot to the right of a surprised Florencio Acedo. Florencio Acedo dived to the right, and did manage to get a hand on the shot, but it still went into the right corner making it 0-1. Erandio SAD's Florencio Acedo played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Vitor Ibanez in the 14th minute of play. In the 16th minute Vitor Ibanez shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Florencio Acedo saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. 18 minutes into the game, Karlos Soto was given a yellow card after he appeared to trip an opposing player. Erandio SAD's manager was livid on the sidelines, but the referee was unmoved and gave Pozon AD the free kick. In the 18th minute, Karlos Soto hit a crossing free kick to the open man running down the field. When Vitor Ibanez came up free with the goalie in the 19th minute, the Pozon AD fans jumped to their feet. But the shot missed the goal by a fraction of an inch, and the fans sat back down disappointed that Vitor Ibanez couldn't finish the play. Florencio Acedo showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Herauso Verges in the 21st minute of the match. Gonsalvo Acedo showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Antxo Abad in the 25th minute of the match. An unexpectedly hard shot by Vitor Ibanez in the 27th minute of play forced Erandio SAD's goalkeeper Florencio Acedo to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. Emilio Carballeira could have scored with his fast shot on goal in the 29th minute of the match, but Gonsalvo Acedo made a huge save. Florencio Acedo showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Vitor Ibanez, who was totally free with the ball in the 32nd minute. Vitor Ibanez fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 34th minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Florencio Acedo having to interfere. After a defensive mix-up in Erandio SAD's zone, Herauso Verges stole the ball and had only the goalie to beat. Florencio Acedo came out of the goal and Herauso Verges tried to chip the ball over his head. To his dismay, the ball went over the crossbar and out of play. If Lazcano Marcos had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 45th minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. Luck had favoured the away team in the first, and they walked off with a 0-1 lead.

The hometeam waved at the audience when it was time for Vitor Ibanez to strike the kick off in the second half. The supporters of Pozon AD booed when Erandio SAD was adjudged a doubtful freekick after 53 match minutes in a wonderful position. Lazcano Marcos didn't get a good kick on the ball. 54 minutes into the match, Pozon AD's Herauso Verges sent off a blazing shot straight on target, a shot that Florencio Acedo narrowly saved just below the crossbar. Herauso Verges sent away a hard shot on goal in the 56th minute, but the ball went just over the crossbar and out. A very good chance. Gonsalvo Acedo showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Antxo Abad, who was totally free with the ball in the 61st minute. In the 62nd match minute, Pozon AD was awarded a freekick, the ball was picked up by Roger Silvestre to maneuver through the defense. Vitor Ibanez blasted a shot towards the goal in the 65th minute, but the shot hit the top of the crossbar and went out without Florencio Acedo having to make a save. After 69 played minutes Erandio SAD got a freekick which was hit by Sofronio Muelas. The crowd rose to their feet as Pozon AD's Vitor Ibanez slotted home a wonderful shot that went in to the left of Florencio Acedo. That made the score 0-2 after 70 minutes of play. The audience was convinced that Herauso Verges's extremely hard shot when he got free in front of the goal was going in, but Florencio Acedo was relentless in the 75th minute of the game. 77 minutes into the match, Erandio SAD's goal looked a bit too open when Herauso Verges came free, but Florencio Acedo reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. Vitor Ibanez received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 81st minute. Florencio Acedo tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. An unexpectedly hard shot by Vitor Ibanez in the 83rd minute of play forced Erandio SAD's goalkeeper Florencio Acedo to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. After 86 played minutes Erandio SAD got a freekick which was hit by Lazcano Marcos. Pozon AD's Herauso Verges got a good chance for a goal in the 87th minute, but he totally mistimed the shot and it went over the crossbar. The crowd rose to their feet as Vitor Ibanez kicked a wonderful shot that went in to the left of a diving Florencio Acedo. That made the score 0-3 in the 90 minute of play. Florencio Acedo showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Vitor Ibanez in the 96th minute of the match. When the match was over Pozon AD could go home with a victory in their luggage, having controlled the game far better than Erandio SAD throughout the match.
