After a rather tough play, Shadows FC's Alvaro Elguero got a free kick in the 2nd minute. Shadows FC's Raúl Castro proved his good apprehension of play when he, in the 12th minute of the match, managed to save Shadows FC from getting a goal against them. Cristobal Alabern sent away a hard shot on goal in the 13th minute, but the ball went just over the crossbar and out. A very good chance. When David Aguilo came up free with the goalie in the 16th minute, the Shadows FC fans jumped to their feet. But the shot missed the goal by a fraction of an inch, and the fans sat back down disappointed that David Aguilo couldn't finish the play. An unexpectedly hard shot by David Aguilo in the 17th minute of play forced Lanzas Agudas's goalkeeper Vitor Abascal to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. In the 18th match minute, Lanzas Agudas was awarded a freekick, the ball was picked up by Perrando Carmona to maneuver through the defense. In the 24th minute, Lanzas Agudas's Cristobal Alabern ran free of his marker and smoothly shot the ball into the goal behind Raúl Castro. Raúl Castro yelled at his defense, as they had left him out to dry. 1-0. The audience thought a goal was coming when Quintan Herrera got free with Raúl Castro in the 30th minute, but the goalkeeper managed to catch the ball with a huge effort. In the 32nd minute David Aguilo shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Vitor Abascal saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. In the 34th match minute, Shadows FC was awarded a freekick, the ball was picked up by Faustino Borrás to maneuver through the defense. After 38 minutes of play, Shadows FC's Alvaro Elguero made it 1-1 when he simply outclassed the defender marking him and hit a curling shot into the right side of the net. Vitor Abascal was left in no man's land by his defense there! Vitor Abascal took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Alvaro Elguero, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. After a very even first half the match was still tied. The players went to their respective dressing rooms to discuss the tactics for the second half.

The players of the away team seemed most concentrated when Cristobal Alabern stepped up to make the kick off in the second half. Lanzas Agudas's Vitor Abascal played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by David Aguilo in the 54th minute of play. Perrando Carmona charged in rather forcefully in the 55th minute of the match, and managed to knock his opponent down. The referee showed Perrando Carmona the yellow card, and asked the players to shake hands before continuing play. A collision led to Lanzas Agudas getting a freekick after 55 minutes play. Perrando Carmona hit a great ball. In the 58thth minute of the game David Aguilo who was perfectly placed tried to make a shot on goal, but Lanzas Agudas's Vitor Abascal was lucky and managed to grab hold of the ball. Vitor Abascal made a fantastic save in the 62nd minute, when Alvaro Elguero sent off a good shot on target. After some fancy dribbling in the 63rd minute, Alvaro Elguero managed to get in a good position for a shot. Shadows FC's supporters rose to their feet, but Alvaro Elguero was a bit off balance and shot the ball just wide of the left post. Vitor Abascal breathed a sigh of relief and went to take the goal kick. If Alvaro Elguero had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 68th minute. The ball went over the crossbar instead. Thanks to some nice foot action and superb ball handling David Aguilo in the 70th minute a chance for a shot on goal. With an extended leg and a bit of luck Vitor Abascal prevented the ball from getting in the gole. David Aguilo succeeded in the game's 74th minute to shoot an unreachable shot under the crossbar and scored - 1-2. An unexpectedly hard shot by David Aguilo in the 79th minute of play forced Lanzas Agudas's goalkeeper Vitor Abascal to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. After having played for 80 minutes, Alvaro Elguero managed to get in a good position for a shot on goal. Shadows FC's supporters crossed their fingers, but Alvaro Elguero was, after a quick turn that froze the defenders, out of balance and shot the ball just to the right of the goal. Vitor Abascal made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from David Aguilo in the 82nd minute of play. Alvaro Elguero sent away a hard shot on goal in the 87th minute, but the ball went just over the crossbar and out. A very good chance. David Aguilo might have been able to make a better finish in the 88th minute when he tried to place a hard shot over Vitor Abascal. Instead the ball went over the crossbar and out. David Aguilo ran back to his position shaking his head. David Aguilo succeeded in the game's 90th minute to shoot an unreachable shot under the crossbar and scored - 1-3. If Cristobal Alabern had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 94th minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. Raúl Castro showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Quintan Herrera, who was totally free with the ball in the 96th minute. When the final whistle sounded Shadows FC left the ground with the victory after a much better performance than Lanzas Agudas.
