Oswaldo Gil kicked well hit freekick during the 19th minute of the match. After a defensive mix-up in Penetrator CF's zone, Maximino Briso stole the ball and had only the goalie to beat. Troy Pantoja came out of the goal and Maximino Briso tried to chip the ball over his head. To his dismay, the ball went over the crossbar and out of play. After 27 minutes, Felipillo Sacristán mouthed his way into the referee's book. The tension between the Penetrator CF and the A Gudiña players grew even worse after the yellow card. 26 minutes into the game, one of Penetrator CF:s players got tackled near the goal, and the referee blew for a penalty. A Gudiña's defense didn't have a chance, in the 35th minute, when Paco Raya scored to the left of an out of position Cisco Alcantara, making the score, 1-1. If Paco Raya had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 40th minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. A collision led to Penetrator CF getting a freekick after 41 minutes play. Reyes Pedrosa hit a great ball. When Cordeal Millán came up free with the goalie in the 42nd minute, the A Gudiña fans jumped to their feet. But the shot missed the goal by a fraction of an inch, and the fans sat back down disappointed that Cordeal Millán couldn't finish the play. Reyes Pedrosa's late challenge caught a A Gudiña's player on the shin and left him crawling around in pain. The referee blew his whistle and produced the yellow card. Reyes Pedrosa helped the player get up and apologised. After 45 played minutes Penetrator CF got a freekick which was hit by Reyes Pedrosa. The fans had the chance to grab some refreshments as the whistle went for half-time. The score stood at 1-1 after a close first half.
When the second half was about to start, both teams quickly lined up and Paco Raya made a kick off. After a defensive mix-up in Penetrator CF's zone, Oliverios Lillo stole the ball and had only the goalie to beat. Troy Pantoja came out of the goal and Oliverios Lillo tried to chip the ball over his head. To his dismay, the ball went over the crossbar and out of play. Maximino Briso struck a weak shot in the 56th minute. Troy Pantoja didn't even have to move as the ball rolled over the line well wide of the goal. A wasted opportunity for A Gudiña. A Gudiña's Cisco Alcantara played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Quico Moreno in the 64th minute of play.
