When Luis-Antonio Vives fell near the penalty area in the 5th minute he thought he would be awarded a free kick. The referee ignored Ojen's protests and gave Luis-Antonio Vives a yellow card for diving instead. In the 5th minute, Luis-Antonio Vives hit a crossing free kick to the open man running down the field. Torcuato Pareja fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 10th minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Aristeo Casanova having to interfere. In the 13thth minute of the game Torcuato Pareja who was perfectly placed tried to make a shot on goal, but Ojen's Aristeo Casanova was lucky and managed to grab hold of the ball. In the 18th minute, Torcuato Pareja ran past the defenders and hit a shot which went straight ahead into goal. Aristeo Casanova was frozen by the shot and now it was 1-0. An unexpectedly hard shot by Xanti Cordoba in the 21st minute of play forced Crecentense's goalkeeper Higinio Lama to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. 24 minutes into the match, Crecentense's goal looked a bit too open when Xanti Cordoba came free, but Higinio Lama reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. Luis-Antonio Vives got his second yellow card in the match during the 25th minute which meant that he had to leave the ground. In the 25th minute, Luis-Antonio Vives hit a crossing free kick to the open man running down the field. Torcuato Pareja could have scored with his fast shot on goal in the 31st minute of the match, but Aristeo Casanova made a huge save. After having played for 42 minutes, Xanti Cordoba managed to get in a good position for a shot on goal. Ojen's supporters crossed their fingers, but Xanti Cordoba was, after a quick turn that froze the defenders, out of balance and shot the ball just to the right of the goal. Torcuato Pareja could have scored with his fast shot on goal in the 45th minute of the match, but Aristeo Casanova made a huge save. When Dacio Alfaro fell near the penalty area in the 47th minute he thought he would be awarded a free kick. The referee ignored Ojen's protests and gave Dacio Alfaro a yellow card for diving instead. Dacio Alfaro hit a great freekick 47 minutes into the match. Af the end of the first half the score was 1-0. The first half had gone as expected for the home team.

The players of the away team seemed most concentrated when Eriberto Nobo stepped up to make the kick off in the second half. The supporters of Crecentense booed when Ojen was adjudged a doubtful freekick after 53 match minutes in a wonderful position. Alfonso Jaraba didn't get a good kick on the ball. Aristeo Casanova took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Eriberto Nobo, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. Dolfos Carmona hit a great freekick 57 minutes into the match. Xanti Cordoba scored 1-1 in the 61st match minute with a shot that went into the goal to the right of Higinio Lama, who was just a little too slow in reacting to the shot. 67 minutes into the match, Crecentense's goalkeeper Higinio Lama had to clear away a ball on his right side after a cunning shot by Xanti Cordoba. 71 minutes into the match, Ojen's goal looked a bit too open when Torcuato Pareja came free, but Aristeo Casanova reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. Aristeo Casanova showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Torcuato Pareja, who was totally free with the ball in the 82nd minute. 90 minutes into the game, Crecentense's Eriberto Nobo nearly tore a hole in the net with a booming shot. Aristeo Casanova made a valiant effort, but he could not reach the ball in time, 3-1. For all the effort they put into the match, the Ojen players left disappointed. They had fought hard, but couldn't break down the home team's defense. The match ended in a win for Crecentense.
