Aresti Serra took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Eleodoro Suarez, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. The audience was convinced that Troyes Maestro's extremely hard shot when he got free in front of the goal was going in, but Aresti Serra was relentless in the 15th minute of the game. The supporters of Daimus FC booed when F.C Académica Peretu was adjudged a doubtful freekick after 16 match minutes in a wonderful position. Tulio Flores didn't get a good kick on the ball. Thanks to some nice foot action and superb ball handling Eleodoro Suarez in the 20th minute a chance for a shot on goal. With an extended leg and a bit of luck Aresti Serra prevented the ball from getting in the gole. Miro Sampil made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Felipe Camaño in the 21st minute of play. Miro Sampil showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Cidro Buendia in the 24th minute of the match. In the 26th minute Cidro Buendia shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Miro Sampil saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. Miro Sampil made a fantastic save in the 32nd minute, when Benito Alcantara sent off a good shot on target. When the match had been going on for 40 minutes, F.C Académica Peretu's Agustín Gomar got an opportunity to shoot a penalty. He stayed cool and waited for the goalkeeper to move, before he confidently shot the ball into the goal, to the left of Miro Sampil. Felipe Camaño kicked well hit freekick during the 43rd minute of the match. An unexpectedly hard shot by Eleodoro Suarez in the 46th minute of play forced F.C Académica Peretu's goalkeeper Aresti Serra to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. Alarico Serra kicked well hit freekick during the 47th minute of the match. The away team players looked dejected as the walked off the pitch at half time. They had fought hard, but were still losing 2-1.

Alarico Serra struck a weak shot in the 53rd minute. Aresti Serra didn't even have to move as the ball rolled over the line well wide of the goal. A wasted opportunity for Daimus FC. Eleodoro Suarez received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 62nd minute. Aresti Serra tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. F.C Académica Peretu's Aresti Serra played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Eleodoro Suarez in the 64th minute of play. When Alarico Serra came up free with the goalie in the 65th minute, the Daimus FC fans jumped to their feet. But the shot missed the goal by a fraction of an inch, and the fans sat back down disappointed that Alarico Serra couldn't finish the play. Eleodoro Suarez fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 67th minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Aresti Serra having to interfere. When Alarico Serra came up free with the goalie in the 68th minute, the Daimus FC fans jumped to their feet. But the shot missed the goal by a fraction of an inch, and the fans sat back down disappointed that Alarico Serra couldn't finish the play. After a rather tough play, F.C Académica Peretu's Tulio Flores got a free kick in the 89th minute. In the 92nd match minute, Daimus FC was awarded a freekick, the ball was picked up by Alarico Serra to maneuver through the defense. In the 98th minute Felipe Camaño shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Miro Sampil saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. F.C Académica Peretu succeeded in salvaging a draw, even though Daimus FC had controlled the match.
