Spectators: 33 (Terracing: 26, Seating: 7, VIP seats: 0) fc chalsiño's Adelio Guasch started the match with a crisp pass. The crowd had been anticipating this game for weeks and the excitement in the stadium was easily visible. Timo Alfaro fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 7th minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Peri Camino having to interfere. Eleodoro Pedrosa charged in rather forcefully in the 8th minute of the match, and managed to knock his opponent down. The referee showed Eleodoro Pedrosa the yellow card, and asked the players to shake hands before continuing play. The supporters of Danubio F.C. booed when fc chalsiño was adjudged a doubtful freekick after 8 match minutes in a wonderful position. Eleodoro Pedrosa didn't get a good kick on the ball. 10 minutes into the match, Danubio F.C.'s goal looked a bit too open when Alvino Villalcazar came free, but Joan Zaplana reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. Joan Zaplana showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Maximino Barba in the 18th minute of the match. Timo Alfaro recieved an excellent pass in front of the goal in the 20th minute. Unfortunately, he received the ball on his off foot and could only manage a weak shot that went over the goal. 24 minutes into the match, fc chalsiño's goalkeeper Peri Camino had to clear away a ball on his right side after a cunning shot by Timo Alfaro. fc chalsiño's goalkeeper couldn't reach when Timo Alfaro 27 minutes into the game got a good kick on the ball which found its way into goal just inside left pole. 1-1. After 32 played minutes fc chalsiño got a freekick which was hit by Kelemen Babia. Peri Camino took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Timo Alfaro, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. After a rather tough play, Danubio F.C.'s Frutos March got a free kick in the 38th minute. An unexpectedly hard shot by Rami Torrent in the 39th minute of play forced Danubio F.C.'s goalkeeper Joan Zaplana to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. Timo Alfaro received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 40th minute. Peri Camino tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. 42 minutes into the game, Eulalio Viejo recieved a splendid long ball, split the defenders, and gently placed the ball to the left of Peri Camino. Eulalio Viejo showed that you don't have to tear a hole in the net to score, 2-1. The audience was convinced that Timo Alfaro's extremely hard shot when he got free in front of the goal was going in, but Peri Camino was relentless in the 47th minute of the game. All the noise was coming from the home fans when the whistle went for half-time. The home team had fought hardest to put themselves in a deserved lead.

When the second half was about to start, both teams quickly lined up and Timo Alfaro made a kick off. The supporters of fc chalsiño booed when Danubio F.C. was adjudged a doubtful freekick after 54 match minutes in a wonderful position. Walme Casas didn't get a good kick on the ball. Joan Zaplana made an important save on a dangerous shot by Alvino Villalcazar in the 56th minute. After 59 minutes of play, Danubio F.C.'s Eulalio Viejo made it 3-1 when he simply outclassed the defender marking him and hit a curling shot into the right side of the net. Peri Camino was left in no man's land by his defense there! In the 71st match minute, fc chalsiño was awarded a freekick, the ball was picked up by Jerrold Ziguenza to maneuver through the defense. Asteri España might have been able to make a better finish in the 72nd minute when he tried to place a hard shot over Peri Camino. Instead the ball went over the crossbar and out. Asteri España ran back to his position shaking his head. After 75 minutes of play, the referee blew the whistle. It was a penalty for Danubio F.C.! 81 minutes into the match, Eulalio Viejo had an open shot that he just couldn't miss and scored to the right of Peri Camino. fc chalsiño's manager could be seen yelling to the referee that Eulalio Viejo was offside, but the referee ignored the protest. 4-2. In the 87th minute the ball was on its way in behind fc chalsiño's goalkeeper Peri Camino, but with the help of a sacrificing defense, he could catch the ball at the crossbar. When Eulalio Viejo came up free with the goalie in the 91st minute, the Danubio F.C. fans jumped to their feet. But the shot missed the goal by a fraction of an inch, and the fans sat back down disappointed that Eulalio Viejo couldn't finish the play. With a couple of smart ball manuevers Eulalio Viejo in the 94th managed to get into a good position. With a left leg Peri Camino saved fc chalsiño from getting behind. In the 95th minute, Eleodoro Pedrosa hit a crossing free kick to the open man running down the field. After 96 minutes, Walme Casas mouthed his way into the referee's book. The tension between the Danubio F.C. and the fc chalsiño players grew even worse after the yellow card. In the 98th minute of the match, Adelio Guasch tried to roll the ball into the goal by the right post, but Joan Zaplana saw his intentions and got control of the ball before it passed the line. Danubio F.C. walked away with a well-earned victory that was much celebrated by the crowd.
