Spectators: 33 (Terracing: 26, Seating: 7, VIP seats: 0) FC Cambrils's Joaquin Urbina started the match with a crisp pass. The crowd had been anticipating this game for weeks and the excitement in the stadium was easily visible. When Bertol Olmos came up free with the goalie in the 5th minute, the Soto Camarena fans jumped to their feet. But the shot missed the goal by a fraction of an inch, and the fans sat back down disappointed that Bertol Olmos couldn't finish the play. In the 7th minute, Bertol Olmos ran past the defenders and hit a shot which went straight ahead into goal. Abel Serra was frozen by the shot and now it was 0-1. FC Cambrils's Abel Serra played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Rodolfo Griego in the 17th minute of play. 18 minutes into the match, FC Cambrils's goal looked a bit too open when Rodolfo Griego came free, but Abel Serra reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. FC Cambrils's Abel Serra played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Bertol Olmos in the 19th minute of play. Rodolfo Griego fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 20th minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Abel Serra having to interfere. Soto Camarena's Rodolfo Griego got a good chance for a goal in the 22nd minute, but he totally mistimed the shot and it went over the crossbar. Rodolfo Griego struck a weak shot in the 30th minute. Abel Serra didn't even have to move as the ball rolled over the line well wide of the goal. A wasted opportunity for Soto Camarena. Bertol Olmos's shot was meant for the net just under the crossbar, but Abel Serra read the situation well and was quickly in position to make a wonderful save in the 37th minute of play. After some fancy dribbling in the 38th minute, Rodolfo Griego managed to get in a good position for a shot. Soto Camarena's supporters rose to their feet, but Rodolfo Griego was a bit off balance and shot the ball just wide of the left post. Abel Serra breathed a sigh of relief and went to take the goal kick. Iratze Santalla made an important save on a dangerous shot by Toribio Silvestre in the 42nd minute. Abel Serra came out of the goal in the 49th minute to try and stop a shot by Soto Camarena's Rodolfo Griego. But to his dismay, Rodolfo Griego quickly shot the ball in between his legs and into the goal making it 0-2. Luck had favoured the away team in the first, and they walked off with a 0-2 lead.

The wind increased when Rodolfo Griego made the kick off in the second half. In the 59th match minute, FC Cambrils was awarded a freekick, the ball was picked up by Breixo Orbiz to maneuver through the defense. Abel Serra was in exellent shape and made a fantastic save when he, in the 60th minute of the match, managed to get hold of the ball after a long shot from Donato Balcells. After some fancy dribbling in the 73rd minute, Toribio Silvestre managed to get in a good position for a shot. FC Cambrils's supporters rose to their feet, but Toribio Silvestre was a bit off balance and shot the ball just wide of the left post. Iratze Santalla breathed a sigh of relief and went to take the goal kick. Bertol Olmos sent away a hard shot on goal in the 92nd minute, but the ball went just over the crossbar and out. A very good chance. When Juanfran Figueroa fell near the penalty area in the 93rd minute he thought he would be awarded a free kick. The referee ignored FC Cambrils's protests and gave Juanfran Figueroa a yellow card for diving instead. The supporters of Soto Camarena booed when FC Cambrils was adjudged a doubtful freekick after 93 match minutes in a wonderful position. Juanfran Figueroa didn't get a good kick on the ball. Soto Camarena were awarded a corner in the 96th minute after FC Cambrils's defender lost control of the ball, allowing it to roll out over the line. Donato Balcells took the corner. A nice corner shot did that Donato Balcells got away a dangerous shot. Despite this Abel Serra quite easily got ahold of the ball to make the save. When the match was over Soto Camarena could go home with a victory in their luggage, having controlled the game far better than FC Cambrils throughout the match.
