Polifemo Galnares made an important save on a dangerous shot by Alvino Mayor in the 21st minute. Pelayo Abasalo recieved an excellent pass in front of the goal in the 23rd minute. Unfortunately, he received the ball on his off foot and could only manage a weak shot that went over the goal. Polifemo Galnares showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Pelayo Abasalo in the 25th minute of the match. Blasco Mora took the ball and in the 27 minute, shot a rapid shot to the right of a surprised Kaiet Zaplana. Kaiet Zaplana dived to the right, and did manage to get a hand on the shot, but it still went into the right corner making it 1-2. Carlitos Abellan charged in rather forcefully in the 29th minute of the match, and managed to knock his opponent down. The referee showed Carlitos Abellan the yellow card, and asked the players to shake hands before continuing play. Carlitos Abellan hit a great freekick 29 minutes into the match. Kaiet Zaplana stood for a superb save when he managed to get hold of Jeremias Benito's shot from short distance in the 32nd minute. If Blasco Mora had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 38th minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. Cabanal's Blasco Mora suffered a sore thigh after 47 minutes and couldn't finish the game. Carlitos Abellan was shown his second yellow card after 47 minutes, following a rather ugly tackle on opponent. That was the end of his participation in the match. After 49 played minutes San Jose De La Rinconada AFC got a freekick which was hit by Carlitos Abellan. After the first half Cabanal were leading 1-2. They had played with great self confidence throughout the first half and fully deserved their lead.

The hometeam waved at the audience when it was time for Quintin Nueva to strike the kick off in the second half. Handi Camara received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 90th minute. Kaiet Zaplana tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. In the 93rd minute, Pelayo Abasalo hit a crossing free kick to the open man running down the field. Cabanal's supporters were very happy and cheered loudly because their team had won after a very close match.
