The crowd had been anticipating this game for weeks and the excitement in the stadium was easily visible. After 7 played minutes Sorripas AD got a freekick which was hit by Fabio De Paula. Cabanal's Polifemo Galnares played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Fabio De Paula in the 9th minute of play. In the 11th minute, Fabio De Paula left the goalkeeper for dead before tapping the ball into the right side of the net. The Sorripas AD fans were clearly happy with the effort and the scoreboard reflected the new score: 0-1. The audience was convinced that Fabio De Paula's extremely hard shot when he got free in front of the goal was going in, but Polifemo Galnares was relentless in the 14th minute of the game. The Sorripas AD fans' excitement grew in the 15th match minute when Sorripas AD's Fabio De Paula looked to have a clear shot with the ball near the goal. The shot wasn't hard, but the ball still rolled over the goal line to make it 0-2 before the goalkeeper had a chance to intervene. Tulio Cerreri took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Jeremias Benito, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. Polifemo Galnares stood for a superb save when he managed to get hold of Cipriano Otero's shot from short distance in the 19th minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. When the match clock showed 36 minutes, the score became 0-3 when Cipriano Otero sped through Cabanal's defense and sent away a curving shot that went into the net to the right of Polifemo Galnares. The Sorripas AD fans' excitement grew in the 40th match minute when Sorripas AD's Fabio De Paula looked to have a clear shot with the ball near the goal. The shot wasn't hard, but the ball still rolled over the goal line to make it 0-4 before the goalkeeper had a chance to intervene. Polifemo Galnares made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Cipriano Otero in the 44th minute of play. The Cabanal players were disheartened as they walked off the pitch after the first half. Sorripas AD were winning 0-4.

If Blasco Mora had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 52nd minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. Sorripas AD's Cipriano Otero was standing unmarked in front of the goal when he, in the 55th play minute, got the ball and easily drilled it into the goal. After 59th play minutes Cipriano Otero shot 0-6, a short shot which went by Polifemo Galnares and just under the crossbar into goal. In the 63rd minute Jeremias Benito shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Tulio Cerreri saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. Fabio De Paulas short, quick shot in the 69thth minute got Polifemo Galnares to make great effort and bar the ball away from getting in. Polifemo Galnares made an important save on a dangerous shot by Fabio De Paula in the 72nd minute. Cipriano Otero succeeded in the game's 77th minute to shoot an unreachable shot under the crossbar and scored - 0-7. Cipriano Otero recieved an excellent pass in front of the goal in the 81st minute. Unfortunately, he received the ball on his off foot and could only manage a weak shot that went over the goal. Polifemo Galnares showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Cipriano Otero, who was totally free with the ball in the 82nd minute. After 87 played minutes Cabanal got a freekick which was hit by Blasco Mora. If Lalo Puyol had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 92nd minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. Cipriano Otero in the 94thth minute had a little luck and got a chance for a shot in front of the goal. Without hesitation aimed to the right of Polifemo Galnares, who managed to lunge to the right direction and made a save. Sorripas AD played a much better game than Cabanal and deserved their victory. The Cabanal players were clearly disappointed as they left the ground.
