Spectators: 34 (Terracing: 26, Seating: 8, VIP seats: 0) It was fairly windy and cold on the field when Belarmino Canturri kicked off to start the match. 8 minutes into the match, F.C. LYONS's Leocadio Castelao sent off a blazing shot straight on target, a shot that Pascual De la Rosa narrowly saved just below the crossbar. 9 minutes into the match, El Rinconcillo SAD's goal looked a bit too open when Leocadio Castelao came free, but Pascual De la Rosa reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. When Heli Herrero fell near the penalty area in the 10th minute he thought he would be awarded a free kick. The referee ignored F.C. LYONS's protests and gave Heli Herrero a yellow card for diving instead. In the 10th minute, Heli Herrero hit a crossing free kick to the open man running down the field. 12 minutes into the game, Dante Galdamez was given a yellow card after he appeared to trip an opposing player. El Rinconcillo SAD's manager was livid on the sidelines, but the referee was unmoved and gave F.C. LYONS the free kick. Dante Galdamez hit a great freekick 12 minutes into the match. F.C. LYONS's Leocadio Castelao got a good chance for a goal in the 14th minute, but he totally mistimed the shot and it went over the crossbar. Leocadio Castelao struck a weak shot in the 17th minute. Pascual De la Rosa didn't even have to move as the ball rolled over the line well wide of the goal. A wasted opportunity for F.C. LYONS. After a rather tough play, El Rinconcillo SAD's Xesc Coira got a free kick in the 30th minute. Cebo Clemente was probably a little too eager to shoot when he, in the 30th played minute, shot the ball from way out. The shot was hard, but the ball flew wide of the goal. Leocadio Castelao fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 32nd minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Pascual De la Rosa having to interfere. If Leocadio Castelao had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 40th minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. Dani Torrente recieved an excellent pass in front of the goal in the 42nd minute. Unfortunately, he received the ball on his off foot and could only manage a weak shot that went over the goal. In the 47th minute, Leocadio Castelao made a precise shot to the right of Pascual De la Rosa. El Rinconcillo SAD's defense was at fault, and the scoreboard reflected the new score, 0-3.

Leocadio Castelao sent away a hard shot on goal in the 57th minute, but the ball went just over the crossbar and out. A very good chance. After some fancy dribbling in the 66th minute, William Treviño managed to get in a good position for a shot. F.C. LYONS's supporters rose to their feet, but William Treviño was a bit off balance and shot the ball just wide of the left post. Pascual De la Rosa breathed a sigh of relief and went to take the goal kick. An unexpected shot in the 73rd minute by Leocadio Castelao got the crowd on their feet, but to their dismay it went out on the left side. William Treviño received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 73rd minute. Pascual De la Rosa tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. If Belarmino Canturri had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 77th minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. The audience thought a goal was coming when Leocadio Castelao got free with Pascual De la Rosa in the 79th minute, but the goalkeeper managed to catch the ball with a huge effort. After some careless play in the El Rinconcillo SAD defense, William Treviño kicked a shot that curved into the net to the right of Pascual De la Rosa. The El Rinconcillo SAD fans voiced their displeasure as they felt that Pascual De la Rosa should have stopped the shot. In the 84th minute, Leocadio Castelao ran past the defenders and hit a shot which went straight ahead into goal. Pascual De la Rosa was frozen by the shot and now it was 0-6. F.C. LYONS's William Treviño got a good chance for a goal in the 88th minute, but he totally mistimed the shot and it went over the crossbar. If Leocadio Castelao had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 90th minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. If Heli Herrero had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 92nd minute. The ball went over the crossbar instead. F.C. LYONS's Heli Herrero got a good chance for a goal in the 92nd minute, but he totally mistimed the shot and it went over the crossbar. When Leocadio Castelao came up free with the goalie in the 95th minute, the F.C. LYONS fans jumped to their feet. But the shot missed the goal by a fraction of an inch, and the fans sat back down disappointed that Leocadio Castelao couldn't finish the play. F.C. LYONS played a much better game than El Rinconcillo SAD and deserved their victory. The El Rinconcillo SAD players were clearly disappointed as they left the ground.
