Xurde Valines fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 7th minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Rey Manrique having to interfere. Curcio Bernal recieved an excellent pass in front of the goal in the 9th minute. Unfortunately, he received the ball on his off foot and could only manage a weak shot that went over the goal. With his leg Rey Manrique managed to avoid a goal in the 12thth minute, when Soberron's Xurde Valines fired away a shot with a lot of spin towards his right hand side. When Curcio Bernal fell near the penalty area in the 13th minute he thought he would be awarded a free kick. The referee ignored Soberron's protests and gave Curcio Bernal a yellow card for diving instead. 17 minutes into the game, Paco Orozco was given a yellow card after he appeared to trip an opposing player. Soberron's manager was livid on the sidelines, but the referee was unmoved and gave Santa Susanna FC the free kick. The supporters of Santa Susanna FC booed when Soberron was adjudged a doubtful freekick after 17 match minutes in a wonderful position. Paco Orozco didn't get a good kick on the ball. Arcadio Arias received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 19th minute. Aimar Antunez tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. In the 20th minute, Paco Orozco hit a crossing free kick to the open man running down the field. After 25 played minutes Soberron got a freekick which was hit by Quico Jauregui. Iraitz Morera, 26 minutes into the match, dribbled the ball up the side of the field and decided to take a long shot at the goal. Unfortunately, the ball was poorly hit and landed closer to the corner than to the goal. Kevin Ocaña kicked well hit freekick during the 28th minute of the match. Nisio Valverde fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 30th minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Aimar Antunez having to interfere. After a rather tough play, Soberron's Curcio Bernal got a free kick in the 33rd minute. Curcio Bernal blasted a shot towards the goal in the 44th minute, but the shot hit the top of the crossbar and went out without Rey Manrique having to make a save.

With a little luck, Soberron's Aimar Antunez got control of the ball when Arcadio Arias tried to sneak it across the goal line. 54 minutes into the game, Soberron's Curcio Bernal nearly tore a hole in the net with a booming shot. Rey Manrique made a valiant effort, but he could not reach the ball in time, 1-0. Rey Manrique made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Curcio Bernal in the 58th minute of play. After a rather tough play, Santa Susanna FC's Anartz Erosa got a free kick in the 83rd minute. The audience was convinced that Nisio Valverde's extremely hard shot when he got free in front of the goal was going in, but Aimar Antunez was relentless in the 86th minute of the game. Quico Jauregui charged in rather forcefully in the 87th minute of the match, and managed to knock his opponent down. The teams fought very hard right up to the final whistle. Both sets of players were happy to go away with a draw.
