In the 13th minute Xamo Adán shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Eduardo Pascua saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. Xamo Adán recieved an excellent pass in front of the goal in the 20th minute. Unfortunately, he received the ball on his off foot and could only manage a weak shot that went over the goal. In the 24th minute, Eulalio Izaguirre got an opportunity to score, but he didn't get a solid hit on the ball and ended up kicking it wide of the goal. After some careless play in the Sons of Luis defense, Bernabé Ballesteros kicked a shot that curved into the net to the right of Kiko Bajo. The Sons of Luis fans voiced their displeasure as they felt that Kiko Bajo should have stopped the shot. Aritz Idiaquez scored 1-2 in the 30th match minute with a shot that went into the goal to the right of Eduardo Pascua, who was just a little too slow in reacting to the shot. In the 35thth minute of the game Eulalio Izaguirre who was perfectly placed tried to make a shot on goal, but Sons of Luis's Kiko Bajo was lucky and managed to grab hold of the ball. 39 minutes into the match, Sons of Luis's goal looked a bit too open when Eulalio Izaguirre came free, but Kiko Bajo reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. In the 40th match minute, Sons of Luis was awarded a freekick, the ball was picked up by Valdo Amorebieta to maneuver through the defense. In the 41st minute, Duardo Toledo made a precise shot to the right of Kiko Bajo. Sons of Luis's defense was at fault, and the scoreboard reflected the new score, 2-2. No-one was surprised that the home team were leading 3-2 at half-time.

When the second half was about to start, both teams quickly lined up and Xamo Adán made a kick off. Eulalio Izaguirre sent away a hard shot on goal in the 52nd minute, but the ball went just over the crossbar and out. A very good chance. The supporters of Sant Vicenç De Calders booed when Sons of Luis was adjudged a doubtful freekick after 54 match minutes in a wonderful position. Valdo Amorebieta didn't get a good kick on the ball. In the 57th match minute, Sons of Luis was awarded a freekick, the ball was picked up by Montes Arratia to maneuver through the defense. Kiko Bajo took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Eulalio Izaguirre, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. In the 59th minute Sant Vicenç De Calders were awarded a corner. Duardo Toledo went to the cornerflag to take it. After taking down the ball on Sant Vicenç De Calders's corner Duardo Toledo fired away a hard shot, but the defenders efficiently covered the most dangerous angles and Kiko Bajo quite easily take care of the ball. In the 65th minute, Bernabé Ballesteros ran past the defenders and hit a shot which went straight ahead into goal. Kiko Bajo was frozen by the shot and now it was 4-2. Kiko Bajo took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Bernabé Ballesteros, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. Quico Marrero hit a great freekick 76 minutes into the match. Silvano Sauca fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 81st minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Eduardo Pascua having to interfere. When the match had gone on for 82 minutes, Xamo Adán put it in 4-3 from a short distance just to the right of Eduardo Pascua. In the 88th match minute, Sant Vicenç De Calders was awarded a freekick, the ball was picked up by Eulalio Izaguirre to maneuver through the defense. Xamo Adáns short, quick shot in the 93rdth minute got Eduardo Pascua to make great effort and bar the ball away from getting in. If Silvano Sauca had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 95th minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead.
