In the 6thth minute of the game Aznar Folch who was perfectly placed tried to make a shot on goal, but Casa De Las Cauques's Zelipe Uria was lucky and managed to grab hold of the ball. When Román Teresa fell near the penalty area in the 6th minute he thought he would be awarded a free kick. The referee ignored Casa De Las Cauques's protests and gave Román Teresa a yellow card for diving instead. When Igor Macías came up free with the goalie in the 9th minute, the NPM fans jumped to their feet. But the shot missed the goal by a fraction of an inch, and the fans sat back down disappointed that Igor Macías couldn't finish the play. After having played for 12 minutes, José Mera managed to get in a good position for a shot on goal. NPM's supporters crossed their fingers, but José Mera was, after a quick turn that froze the defenders, out of balance and shot the ball just to the right of the goal. Igor Macías could have scored with his fast shot on goal in the 17th minute of the match, but Zelipe Uria made a huge save. Emilio Campomanes hit a great freekick 20 minutes into the match. Igor Macías could have scored with his fast shot on goal in the 26th minute of the match, but Zelipe Uria made a huge save. Alonso Dulce kicked well hit freekick during the 26th minute of the match. Igor Macías recieved an excellent pass in front of the goal in the 33rd minute. Unfortunately, he received the ball on his off foot and could only manage a weak shot that went over the goal. Aznar Folch received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 35th minute. Zelipe Uria tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. After a defensive mix-up in Casa De Las Cauques's zone, Aznar Folch stole the ball and had only the goalie to beat. Zelipe Uria came out of the goal and Aznar Folch tried to chip the ball over his head. To his dismay, the ball went over the crossbar and out of play. Aznar Folch sent away a hard shot on goal in the 48th minute, but the ball went just over the crossbar and out. A very good chance. After fighting hard for a draw in the first half, the players were able to take a much needed rest.

The wind increased when Quirze Diez made the kick off in the second half. After having played for 55 minutes, Igor Macías managed to get in a good position for a shot on goal. NPM's supporters crossed their fingers, but Igor Macías was, after a quick turn that froze the defenders, out of balance and shot the ball just to the right of the goal. 60 minutes into the match, Aznar Folch notched a goal, 1-0, to the right of Casa De Las Cauques's Zelipe Uria. Zelipe Uria was clearly disgusted with the effort of the defense and let the defenders know about it. In the 63rd match minute, NPM was awarded a freekick, the ball was picked up by José Mera to maneuver through the defense. José Mera hit a great freekick 66 minutes into the match. In the 68th minute, Aznar Folch ran past the defenders and hit a shot which went straight ahead into goal. Zelipe Uria was frozen by the shot and now it was 2-0. Zelipe Uria showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Aznar Folch, who was totally free with the ball in the 77th minute. The supporters of NPM booed when Casa De Las Cauques was adjudged a doubtful freekick after 78 match minutes in a wonderful position. Alonso Dulce didn't get a good kick on the ball. In the 79th minute, Aznar Folch left the goalkeeper for dead before tapping the ball into the right side of the net. The NPM fans were clearly happy with the effort and the scoreboard reflected the new score: 3-0. After some careless play in the NPM defense, Kevin Ponce kicked a shot that curved into the net to the right of Euloxu Buenafuente. The NPM fans voiced their displeasure as they felt that Euloxu Buenafuente should have stopped the shot. After a defensive mix-up in NPM's zone, Kevin Ponce stole the ball and had only the goalie to beat. Euloxu Buenafuente came out of the goal and Kevin Ponce tried to chip the ball over his head. To his dismay, the ball went over the crossbar and out of play. The supporters of Casa De Las Cauques booed when NPM was adjudged a doubtful freekick after 88 match minutes in a wonderful position. Evarado Tormes didn't get a good kick on the ball. NPM's supporters were delighted with their team's performance and swarmed onto the pitch at the end of the match to celebrate the victory with the players.
