Lugarico De Cerdan's Ronaldo Lacorte got a good chance for a goal in the 18th minute, but he totally mistimed the shot and it went over the crossbar. 19 minutes into the match, NPM's goalkeeper Euloxu Buenafuente had to clear away a ball on his right side after a cunning shot by Ronaldo Lacorte. When NPM's Igor Macías, in the 21st minute, received a pass right in front of the net, it looked like a certain goal, but his shot went outside. A wasted opportunity for NPM. NPM's Euloxu Buenafuente played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Manu Bencoiechea in the 25th minute of play. 29 minutes into the game, Manu Bencoiechea recieved a splendid long ball, split the defenders, and gently placed the ball to the left of Euloxu Buenafuente. Manu Bencoiechea showed that you don't have to tear a hole in the net to score, 1-0. If Ronaldo Lacorte had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 32nd minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. Lugarico De Cerdan's Ciriaco Diez played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Aznar Folch in the 42nd minute of play. When Manu Bencoiechea came up free with the goalie in the 46th minute, the Lugarico De Cerdan fans jumped to their feet. But the shot missed the goal by a fraction of an inch, and the fans sat back down disappointed that Manu Bencoiechea couldn't finish the play. When the referee blew for the end of the half the home team players were clearly happier, as they went in to the break leading 1-0.

The wind increased when Aznar Folch made the kick off in the second half. Evarado Tormes was probably a little too eager to shoot when he, in the 54th played minute, shot the ball from way out. The shot was hard, but the ball flew wide of the goal. With a couple of smart ball manuevers Aznar Folch in the 57th managed to get into a good position. With a left leg Ciriaco Diez saved Lugarico De Cerdan from getting behind. Euloxu Buenafuente made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Manu Bencoiechea in the 58th minute of play. Ronaldo Lacorte fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 60th minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Euloxu Buenafuente having to interfere. Ronaldo Lacorte blasted a shot towards the goal in the 65th minute, but the shot hit the top of the crossbar and went out without Euloxu Buenafuente having to make a save. Igor Macías fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 67th minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Ciriaco Diez having to interfere. With a little luck, Lugarico De Cerdan's Ciriaco Diez got control of the ball when Igor Macías tried to sneak it across the goal line. 79 minutes into the match, Lugarico De Cerdan's goalkeeper Ciriaco Diez had to clear away a ball on his right side after a cunning shot by Igor Macías. Manu Bencoiechea might have been able to make a better finish in the 87th minute when he tried to place a hard shot over Euloxu Buenafuente. Instead the ball went over the crossbar and out. Manu Bencoiechea ran back to his position shaking his head. Euloxu Buenafuente showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Ronaldo Lacorte, who was totally free with the ball in the 89th minute. If Aznar Folch had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 96th minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. In the 97th match minute, Lugarico De Cerdan was awarded a freekick, the ball was picked up by Venceslás Diaz to maneuver through the defense. Lugarico De Cerdan were really happy, having secured the victory after a very even contest. They thanked the players of NPM for a fine match.
