The crowd had been anticipating this game for weeks and the excitement in the stadium was easily visible. Baltazar Carrasco came out of the goal in the 15th minute to try and stop a shot by PIFA 2010's Andoni Zubizarreta. But to his dismay, Andoni Zubizarreta quickly shot the ball in between his legs and into the goal making it 1-2. The audience was convinced that Regis Montiel's extremely hard shot when he got free in front of the goal was going in, but Baltazar Carrasco was relentless in the 22nd minute of the game. The referee was alert and spotted a serious foul by Anaut Aranzubia during the 23rd minute. The player immediately received a yellow card. After a rather tough play, Fumanya's Anaut Aranzubia got a free kick in the 23rd minute. Teo Diaz took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Ricardo Torres, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. Vaidas Tenys replaced Regis Montiel. When the match was over PIFA 2010 could go home with a victory in their luggage, having controlled the game far better than Fumanya throughout the match.
