Spectators: 34 (Terracing: 26, Seating: 8, VIP seats: 0) Macerio Grau showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Eutropio Abril in the 3rd minute of the match. The audience was convinced that Virgilio Maroto's extremely hard shot when he got free in front of the goal was going in, but Pacho Carceles was relentless in the 6th minute of the game. Iban Vives kicked well hit freekick during the 7th minute of the match. After having played for 8 minutes, Cordareo Vilanova managed to get in a good position for a shot on goal. Gatillazo C.F's supporters crossed their fingers, but Cordareo Vilanova was, after a quick turn that froze the defenders, out of balance and shot the ball just to the right of the goal. If Virgilio Maroto had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 10th minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. In the 12thth minute of the game Virgilio Maroto who was perfectly placed tried to make a shot on goal, but Mendaro SD's Pacho Carceles was lucky and managed to grab hold of the ball. After a rather tough play, Mendaro SD's Gizon Serrano got a free kick in the 16th minute. Pacho Carceles made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Virgilio Maroto in the 17th minute of play. After a defensive mix-up in Mendaro SD's zone, Cordareo Vilanova stole the ball and had only the goalie to beat. Pacho Carceles came out of the goal and Cordareo Vilanova tried to chip the ball over his head. To his dismay, the ball went over the crossbar and out of play. Mendaro SD's Pacho Carceles played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Virgilio Maroto in the 23rd minute of play. A collision led to Mendaro SD getting a freekick after 24 minutes play. Gizon Serrano hit a great ball. Virgilio Maroto recieved an excellent pass in front of the goal in the 25th minute. Unfortunately, he received the ball on his off foot and could only manage a weak shot that went over the goal. 26 minutes into the match, Mendaro SD's goalkeeper Pacho Carceles had to clear away a ball on his right side after a cunning shot by Cordareo Vilanova. Iban Vives's late challenge caught a Gatillazo C.F's player on the shin and left him crawling around in pain. The referee blew his whistle and produced the yellow card. Iban Vives helped the player get up and apologised. After 32 minutes of play Mendaro SD's Iban Vives was too eager in his attempt to stop his opponent and brought him down. With that he got his second yellow card and was ordered off the ground. Iban Vives hit a great freekick 33 minutes into the match. Virgilio Maroto scored 2-0 in the 35th match minute with a shot that went into the goal to the right of Pacho Carceles, who was just a little too slow in reacting to the shot. Cordareo Vilanova received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 42nd minute. Pacho Carceles tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. Virgilio Maroto fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 47th minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Pacho Carceles having to interfere. When the referee blew for the end of the half the home team players were clearly happier, as they went in to the break leading 2-0.

The players of the away team seemed most concentrated when Eutropio Abril stepped up to make the kick off in the second half. In the 55th minute Cordareo Vilanova shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Pacho Carceles saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. Cordareo Vilanova recieved an excellent pass in front of the goal in the 58th minute. Unfortunately, he received the ball on his off foot and could only manage a weak shot that went over the goal. Thanks to some nice foot action and superb ball handling Virgilio Maroto in the 70th minute a chance for a shot on goal. With an extended leg and a bit of luck Pacho Carceles prevented the ball from getting in the gole. Virgilio Maroto received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 71st minute. Pacho Carceles tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. If Eutropio Abril had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 77th minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. 79 minutes into the match, Gatillazo C.F's goalkeeper Macerio Grau had to clear away a ball on his right side after a cunning shot by Gizon Serrano. Lobo Griful hit a great freekick 80 minutes into the match. Xulian Cabada was probably a little too eager to shoot when he, in the 81st played minute, shot the ball from way out. The shot was hard, but the ball flew wide of the goal. Gatillazo C.F's Cordareo Vilanova got a good chance for a goal in the 84th minute, but he totally mistimed the shot and it went over the crossbar. Pacho Carceles took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Virgilio Maroto, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. Lucero Alcalde charged in rather forcefully in the 86th minute of the match, and managed to knock his opponent down. The referee showed Lucero Alcalde the yellow card, and asked the players to shake hands before continuing play. After some careless play in the Mendaro SD defense, Virgilio Maroto kicked a shot that curved into the net to the right of Pacho Carceles. The Mendaro SD fans voiced their displeasure as they felt that Pacho Carceles should have stopped the shot. After recieving a nice pass, Gatillazo C.F's Xulian Cabada tried to score from far away in the 97th minute, but the ball went over the crossbar.
