Seating: 7, VIP seats: 0) The field was rather wet after several days of rain when Dantel Pascua took the kick off in the first half of the match. Angel Vicente fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 4th minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Ferrando Barrios having to interfere. 9 minutes into the match, Union Esportiva del sud's goalkeeper Colon Mayol had to clear away a ball on his right side after a cunning shot by Elvio Villafane. Ferrando Barrios made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Angel Vicente in the 11th minute of play. Altea La Vieja's Ferrando Barrios played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Angel Vicente in the 12th minute of play. Angel Vicente fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 16th minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Ferrando Barrios having to interfere. An unexpectedly hard shot by Angel Vicente in the 18th minute of play forced Altea La Vieja's goalkeeper Ferrando Barrios to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. Urtsin Morales fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 20th minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Ferrando Barrios having to interfere. Colon Mayol made a fantastic save in the 26th minute, when Elvio Villafane sent off a good shot on target. Angel Vicente fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 27th minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Ferrando Barrios having to interfere. Angel Vicente struck a weak shot in the 35th minute. Ferrando Barrios didn't even have to move as the ball rolled over the line well wide of the goal. A wasted opportunity for Union Esportiva del sud. Ferrando Barrios came out of the goal in the 36th minute to try and stop a shot by Union Esportiva del sud's Claus Zapater. But to his dismay, Claus Zapater quickly shot the ball in between his legs and into the goal making it 0-1. 41 minutes into the match, Union Esportiva del sud's Angel Vicente sent off a blazing shot straight on target, a shot that Ferrando Barrios narrowly saved just below the crossbar. An unexpectedly hard shot by Angel Vicente in the 45th minute of play forced Altea La Vieja's goalkeeper Ferrando Barrios to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. The crowd was extremely unhappy with the home team's performance in the first half. They were losing 0-1.
The players of the away team seemed most concentrated when Angel Vicente stepped up to make the kick off in the second half. Angel Vicente received a nice pass, split the defenders, and ran untouched towards the goal. Ferrando Barrios came out and tried to block the shot, but Angel Vicente slotted it home off the left post making it 0-2 in the 55th minute. After having played for 59 minutes, Dantel Pascua managed to get in a good position for a shot on goal. Altea La Vieja's supporters crossed their fingers, but Dantel Pascua was, after a quick turn that froze the defenders, out of balance and shot the ball just to the right of the goal. 70 minutes into the match, Altea La Vieja's goal looked a bit too open when Angel Vicente came free, but Ferrando Barrios reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. 70 minutes into the game, Andres Bacete was given a yellow card after he appeared to trip an opposing player. Altea La Vieja's manager was livid on the sidelines, but the referee was unmoved and gave Union Esportiva del sud the free kick. In the 71st minute, Andres Bacete hit a crossing free kick to the open man running down the field. When Angel Vicente came up free with the goalie in the 76th minute, the Union Esportiva del sud fans jumped to their feet. But the shot missed the goal by a fraction of an inch, and the fans sat back down disappointed that Angel Vicente couldn't finish the play. A collision led to Union Esportiva del sud getting a freekick after 83 minutes play. Claus Zapater hit a great ball. Dantel Pascua struck a weak shot in the 88th minute. Colon Mayol didn't even have to move as the ball rolled over the line well wide of the goal. A wasted opportunity for Altea La Vieja. In the 91st minute, Angel Vicente reached a very good position and smashed the ball with a huge effort into the net, just to the left of Ferrando Barrios. The goal made the score 0-3. When Claus Zapater fell near the penalty area in the 96th minute he thought he would be awarded a free kick. The referee ignored Union Esportiva del sud's protests and gave Claus Zapater a yellow card for diving instead. Claus Zapater kicked well hit freekick during the 97th minute of the match. In the 98th minute, Dantel Pascua got an opportunity to score, but he didn't get a solid hit on the ball and ended up kicking it wide of the goal. In the 100th minute Dantel Pascua shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Colon Mayol saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. The Altea La Vieja supporters were disappointed that their team didn't take anything from the match, despite matching Union Esportiva del sud's performance. The match ended with a win for Union Esportiva del sud.
