If Claus Zapater had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 22nd minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. In the 26th minute of the match, Angel Vicente tried to roll the ball into the goal by the right post, but Pericles Zurica saw his intentions and got control of the ball before it passed the line. 31 minutes into the match, Angel Vicente dribbled the ball past the defender and swiftly kicked the ball to the left of Pericles Zurica, 1-0. After a rather tough play, Union Esportiva del sud's Urtsin Morales got a free kick in the 33rd minute. Colon Mayol took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Elvio Harroyo, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. When Union Esportiva del sud's Angel Vicente in the 38th minute got a chance for a shot 38th didn't hesitate and placed the ball to the right of the goalie. When the second half was about to start, both teams quickly lined up and Faustino Prieto made a kick off. Faustino Prieto received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 56th minute. Colon Mayol tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. After having played for 59 minutes, Faustino Prieto managed to get in a good position for a shot on goal. Pozan De Vero FC's supporters crossed their fingers, but Faustino Prieto was, after a quick turn that froze the defenders, out of balance and shot the ball just to the right of the goal. Pericles Zurica showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Angel Vicente, who was totally free with the ball in the 65th minute. Through an outstanding action, after 66 minutes, Colon Mayol successfully got his hands on the ball before it slid into the goal at the right post. An unexpectedly hard shot by Angel Vicente in the 69th minute of play forced Pozan De Vero FC's goalkeeper Pericles Zurica to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. In the 74th match minute, Pozan De Vero FC was awarded a freekick, the ball was picked up by Fonso Comas to maneuver through the defense. In the 77th minute the ball was on its way in behind Union Esportiva del sud's goalkeeper Colon Mayol, but with the help of a sacrificing defense, he could catch the ball at the crossbar. The audience was convinced that Faustino Prieto's extremely hard shot when he got free in front of the goal was going in, but Colon Mayol was relentless in the 82nd minute of the game. Pericles Zurica made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Angel Vicente in the 94th minute of play. Claus Zapater's late challenge caught a Pozan De Vero FC's player on the shin and left him crawling around in pain. The referee blew his whistle and produced the yellow card. Claus Zapater helped the player get up and apologised. After a rather tough play, Union Esportiva del sud's Claus Zapater got a free kick in the 96th minute. Union Esportiva del sud's fans were exulted and cheered after their team won in a match that could easily have gone the other way.
