Santana De Silva tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. In the 9th minute of the match Xoan Gibert sent off a long shot with destination to the right of the goalkeeper, but Santana De Silva skillfully saved the ball. Santana De Silva took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Unax Garate, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. In the 14th minute the ball was on its way in behind El Jardin's goalkeeper Santana De Silva, but with the help of a sacrificing defense, he could catch the ball at the crossbar. After a rather tough play, El Jardin's Berto Peña got a free kick in the 18th minute. After some fancy dribbling in the 21st minute, Tobias Etxeberria managed to get in a good position for a shot. Nova's supporters rose to their feet, but Tobias Etxeberria was a bit off balance and shot the ball just wide of the left post. Santana De Silva breathed a sigh of relief and went to take the goal kick. In the 23rd minute, Unax Garate left the goalkeeper for dead before tapping the ball into the right side of the net. The wind increased when Unax Garate made the kick off in the second half. Santana De Silva made an important save on a dangerous shot by Tobias Etxeberria in the 52nd minute. If Noé Campomanes had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 56th minute. The ball went over the crossbar instead. Barea Nadal showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Noé Campomanes, who was totally free with the ball in the 65th minute. Santana De Silva was in exellent shape and made a fantastic save when he, in the 67th minute of the match, managed to get hold of the ball after a long shot from Iñaki Companys. An unexpectedly hard shot by Noé Campomanes in the 69th minute of play forced Nova's goalkeeper Barea Nadal to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. Nova's Barea Nadal played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Noé Campomanes in the 71st minute of play. Chus Canyelles hit a great freekick 72 minutes into the match. An unexpectedly hard shot by Lazaro Quintero in the 73rd minute of play forced Nova's goalkeeper Barea Nadal to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. Unax Garate struck a weak shot in the 74th minute. Santana De Silva didn't even have to move as the ball rolled over the line well wide of the goal. A wasted opportunity for Nova. Lazaro Quintero sent away a hard shot on goal in the 83rd minute, but the ball went just over the crossbar and out. A very good chance. After 86 played minutes El Jardin got a freekick which was hit by Abrahan Colsa. The audience thought a goal was coming when Tobias Etxeberria got free with Santana De Silva in the 93rd minute, but the goalkeeper managed to catch the ball with a huge effort. The supporters of Nova booed when El Jardin was adjudged a doubtful freekick after 95 match minutes in a wonderful position. Abrahan Colsa didn't get a good kick on the ball. Tobias Etxeberria's shot when he came free in front of the goal in the 96thth minute, Santana De Silva skillfully showed off with a save to what seemed to be an obvious goal. The final whistle blew with the score still tied, and both teams left the pitch thinking about the missed chances that could have given their team the win.
