After a rather tough play, Pozo Blanco's Sergio Velazquez got a free kick in the 3rd minute. Peñagrande S.D.'s Mauro Rameriz got a good chance for a goal in the 8th minute, but he totally mistimed the shot and it went over the crossbar. 13 minutes into the match, Pozo Blanco's goal looked a bit too open when Vasile Pârâianu came free, but Thiago Herrera reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. In the 15th match minute, Peñagrande S.D. was awarded a freekick, the ball was picked up by Castel Manrique to maneuver through the defense. Garikoitz Vilanova was in exellent shape and made a fantastic save when he, in the 16th minute of the match, managed to get hold of the ball after a long shot from Hector Marques. Iyan Flores could have scored with his fast shot on goal in the 25th minute of the match, but Garikoitz Vilanova made a huge save. 27 minutes into the match, Mauro Rameriz notched a goal, 0-2, to the right of Pozo Blanco's Thiago Herrera. Thiago Herrera was clearly disgusted with the effort of the defense and let the defenders know about it. Sol Cordoba scored 0-3 in the 31st match minute with a shot that went into the goal to the right of Thiago Herrera, who was just a little too slow in reacting to the shot. In the 35th minute, Sol Cordoba left the goalkeeper for dead before tapping the ball into the right side of the net. The Peñagrande S.D. fans were clearly happy with the effort and the scoreboard reflected the new score: 0-4. Polifemo Infante might have been able to make a better finish in the 42nd minute when he tried to place a hard shot over Thiago Herrera. Instead the ball went over the crossbar and out. Polifemo Infante ran back to his position shaking his head. Luck had favoured the away team in the first, and they walked off with a 0-4 lead.

The players of the away team seemed most concentrated when Cesareo Bastida stepped up to make the kick off in the second half. 54 minutes into the match, Mauro Rameriz dribbled the ball past the defender and swiftly kicked the ball to the left of Thiago Herrera, 0-5. 62 minutes into the game, Pierres Lozano was given a yellow card after he appeared to trip an opposing player. Peñagrande S.D.'s manager was livid on the sidelines, but the referee was unmoved and gave Pozo Blanco the free kick. Pierres Lozano hit a great freekick 62 minutes into the match. Thiago Herrera made a fantastic save in the 64th minute, when Mauro Rameriz sent off a good shot on target. Adán Abajas charged in rather forcefully in the 65th minute of the match, and managed to knock his opponent down. The referee showed Adán Abajas the yellow card, and asked the players to shake hands before continuing play. After 65 minutes of play, the referee blew the whistle. It was a penalty for Pozo Blanco! Thiago Herrera went to the wrong direction when Polifemo Infante was taking care of the penalty kick which however missed the goal. Vasile Pârâianu sent away a hard shot on goal in the 69th minute, but the ball went just over the crossbar and out. A very good chance. In the 70th match minute, Pozo Blanco was awarded a freekick, the ball was picked up by Hector Marques to maneuver through the defense. Sergio Velazquez kicked well hit freekick during the 77th minute of the match. Polifemo Infante was extremely unlucky when he, in the 78th minute, took a shot that hit the right post and went out. With an all-out effort, Peñagrande S.D.'s Thiago Herrera threw himself towards the right post 78 minutes into the match and grabbed hold of the ball from Polifemo Infante, which otherwise would have been placed in the net. Peñagrande S.D.'s attacker deliberately struck the ball against an opponent to win a corner for his team. The corner was taken by Polifemo Infante in the 79th minute. After a defensive mix-up in Pozo Blanco's zone, Vasile Pârâianu stole the ball and had only the goalie to beat. Thiago Herrera came out of the goal and Vasile Pârâianu tried to chip the ball over his head. To his dismay, the ball went over the crossbar and out of play. Peñagrande S.D.'s Vasile Pârâianu got a good chance for a goal in the 85th minute, but he totally mistimed the shot and it went over the crossbar. Iyan Flores sent away a hard shot on goal in the 88th minute, but the ball went just over the crossbar and out. A very good chance. In the 93rd match minute, Pozo Blanco was awarded a freekick, the ball was picked up by Adán Abajas to maneuver through the defense. Peñagrande S.D.'s players went to the stands to thank the travelling support. The fan's backing had helped spurr the team on to a fine performance that won them the match.
