After 22 minutes of play, Equipo Desafío Asoc.Atlca's Bras Turrilla made it 2-0 when he simply outclassed the defender marking him and hit a curling shot into the right side of the net. Telesforo Morales was left in no man's land by his defense there! Nikola Adán charged in rather forcefully in the 24th minute of the match, and managed to knock his opponent down. The referee showed Nikola Adán the yellow card, and asked the players to shake hands before continuing play. In the 24th match minute, Equipo Desafío Asoc.Atlca was awarded a freekick, the ball was picked up by Nikola Adán to maneuver through the defense. Telesforo Morales made a fantastic save in the 28th minute, when Saul Veloso sent off a good shot on target. cores f.c's Ion Folch got a good chance for a goal in the 29th minute, but he totally mistimed the shot and it went over the crossbar. If Bras Turrilla had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 31st minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. 36 minutes into the match, cores f.c's goalkeeper Telesforo Morales had to clear away a ball on his right side after a cunning shot by Bras Turrilla. Telesforo Morales made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Che Sobera in the 39th minute of play. Bras Turrilla sent away a hard shot on goal in the 47th minute, but the ball hit the crossbar and went out. A very good chance for a goal. Af the end of the first half the score was 2-0. The first half had gone as expected for the home team.

Bras Turrilla recieved an excellent pass in front of the goal in the 53rd minute. Unfortunately, he received the ball on his off foot and could only manage a weak shot that went over the goal. The audience thought a goal was coming when Silvio Adán got free with Ernesto Zapatero in the 58th minute, but the goalkeeper managed to catch the ball with a huge effort. In the 63rdth minute of the game Bras Turrilla who was perfectly placed tried to make a shot on goal, but cores f.c's Telesforo Morales was lucky and managed to grab hold of the ball. Che Sobera sent away a hard shot on goal in the 67th minute, but the ball hit the crossbar and went out. A very good chance for a goal. Telesforo Morales took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Bras Turrilla, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. Bernardino Carro's late challenge caught a Equipo Desafío Asoc.Atlca's player on the shin and left him crawling around in pain. The referee blew his whistle and produced the yellow card.
